Newly renovated and furnished 60m2 apartment in central Casa. It has an open kitchen with a salon and two small rooms; one with a queen sized bed and the other with a day bed and desk for work. Very sunny and on a quiet street.
The apartment is central to everything in Casa and you are just a few minutes walk to everything: high end fashion, vegetable fish and meat market, restaurants, bars, brasseries, banks, transpo, gym, etc...
Ideal for a couple, a small family or long-term stay.

The space
If you'd like to live like a local and have a peaceful den to come back to, this apartment is ideally located to explore the city from an authentic base. You are literally in the center of everything in a neighborhood for the locals.

It takes ten minutes by car to get to the beach or to the old medina. If you prefer to walk you have all types of food (from street kiosks to fancier bar restaurants) all within a 10 minute walking radius. You can also get to Casa's football stadium 10 minutes on foot!

There are many butchers and vegetable/fruit markets if you enjoy cooking at home too. You will find different types of cafes to have some tea or espresso or homemade couscous on Fridays.

The propery has two small bedrooms; one queen sized room with an open closet space and the other has a day bed and faces west for all day sunlight. This second bedroom can be used also as a workspace or for afternoon naps.

The living space is an open salon and American kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, water kettle and the basics for making meals. Please note there is no oven yet!
