Cooleemee Place South is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Oceanside Duplex. With just steps to the Ocean, you¡re sure to hear and smell the ocean from your patio! Cooleemee Place South is perfect for the beach-goer or the fisherman. Come, Relax and Enjoy this quaint cottage! Bedroom has a King Bed.

Amenities: Wireless High Speed Internet; Central AC with Baseboard Heat; Ceiling Fans; Exterior Washer/Dryer shared with Cooleemee Place North; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven. Covered and Driveway Parking.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

NO SMOKING.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance Year-Round.

We had a great time. The location is excellent. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with cookware and utensils than any place we’ve stayed. It was a little surprising that there wasn’t, or we couldn’t find, basic spices like salt and pepper. No big deal, just surprising. The only other thing is that the bed sits really high. Anyone with mobility issues could find it challenging at best. I would definitely come back!
