「Sound＆SeaDogs Flat」は新しく改装された休暇の休暇で、一方はビーチからすぐ、もう一方はビーチからすぐです。 このシングルストーリーの2ベッドルーム/ 1バスバンガローはペットフレンドリーで、フルサイズの冷蔵庫、コンロ、食器洗い機、オープンコンセプトのダイニングとリビングエリア、上/下洗濯乾燥機付きのランドリークローゼットなどの設備がすべて備わっています。 2つのベッドルーム（ベッドルーム1キングベッド、ベッドルーム2 2ツイン）は、800平方フィート以上のビーチゲッタウェイを完了します。

座席とガスグリルを備えた新しい16フィートの隣接するパティオは、日差しの中でリラックスした夜を提供します。 屋外シャワーを利用できます。 舗装された私道の入り口には、車3台、または車、ボート、トレーラーの組み合わせ（<20フィート）のスペースがあります。 EI自転車道は、家族でのサイクリングや散歩やジョギングに適しています。 このバンガローは隣接していますが、別の物件には接続されていません。

We loved this little place! Brian was super helpful with getting us checked in/out and sent along a lot of great information. The bungalow was perfectly sized for our family of 3 plus small dog. The beach was a quick walk down a short path and across an empty street. The sound was a similar short walk the other direction. It felt like we were equidistant from lots of places to eat/shop to the east and west.

Truly a hidden gem close to the beach!

This was our second stay and we are already booked for next year. Such easy access to the beach. Very clean, quiet and everything you need. We love it.

Comfy Cottage

This place was perfect for the two of us! It was in a perfect location and close to the homes the rest of our larger families rented. Brian the concierge was a great personal touch! The only better of would be to have a little bit larger bathroom but the owners compensated by allowing the outdoor shower of the main house to be used! We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find. We were greeted very nicely and even had wine waiting for us. The beach is close by and the property provided privacy. The beach inside was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and everything was new and worked perfectly. The property managers are great to work with. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

My significant other and her daughter had a very relaxing and fun time. They had a chance to unwind and relieve stress. Mother and daughter were able to bond a little and just kick back.

Always a pleasure!

We've stayed here a couple times in the past & its always clean, welcoming and we love taking one of our dogs each time! Brian has always reached out in advance with check in information & made sure we were able to access the cottage. Access to the beach is amazing! This time we met one of the owners & she was so very nice! Her two golden's were beautiful & friendly. Thank you all for sharing your property with us & I'm sure we'll be back again! P.S. The main bedroom mattress is amazing!!

Would give it 10 stars if possible!

This is the perfect place for a small family or a couple just trying to get away! Brian was super helpful throughout our entire stay. The place is located close to the beach and is just a 10-15 minute drive down the road from all the amenities that Emerald Isle has to offer. My wife, myself, and our dog will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing Stay

We have stayed at a few places in the area and none of them compare to this bungalow. My husband and I felt completely at home. We loved being able to sit outside on the deck. Our puppers loved it too. Super easy walk to the beach. Everyone in the area was friendly. Kitchen is great and stocked well. Anything else you may need is close by. Will be staying again and again. Will be recommending.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pups had wonderful walks on the beach and we saw dolphins one morning! Brian was very helpful. We appreciated the wine provided by the hosts. We definitely will plan a follow up trip.

We’re Mark and Andrea, and Sound & SeaDogs truly is our home away from home. Mark is an Indiana native, and Andrea grew up just down the road in Beaufort. From the moment we discovered Emerald Isle with family nearby, we knew it was a hidden gem—one that quickly captured our hearts and became a place we return to again and again. This bungalow is our happy place, where life slows down and the simple joys of the ocean take center stage.

The name SeaDogs is especially meaningful. It’s inspired by the Beaufort High School mascot from the 1940s, a small tribute to Andrea’s roots and the deep history of this coastal community that means so much.

When we first purchased the property as a foreclosure, it needed more than just repairs—it needed love. Through countless hours of hands-on work, thoughtful updates, and a lot of care, we brought new life into this little bungalow. Every improvement was made with the hope of creating a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy.

With the beach just steps away on one side and the peaceful sound on the other, Sound & SeaDogs offers the best of both worlds. Whether you’re starting your day with coffee on the patio, enjoying time by the water, or winding down in the evening, we hope—just as we do—you’ll feel a deep sense of peace and happiness here, one that keeps drawing you back year after year.
