With the scenic White River flowing just below it, this charming, rustic two-bedroom retreat in Cotter, Arkansas, is an excellent home base for exploring the Ozarks. Beyond the immediate access to trout fishing, the property's location offers proximity to lakes, rivers, and parks, as well as plenty of comforts for a family vacation or remote work getaway.

Accommodation of 7 guests: Two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa provide comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as a twin-size cot.
Two full bathrooms: The master bathroom features a freestanding tub.
Fully equipped kitchen: The granite-topped kitchen includes a gas five-burner cooktop, an oversized in wall oven, a full-size refrigerator, and a coffee bar.
Bonus room: A separate room includes a desk for remote work and a seating area for morning coffee with views of the river fog. And can accommodate the twin size cot upon request.
Outdoor spaces: Enjoy the backyard oasis with a patio, a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, and a multi-level deck overlooking the White River bluff.
