Welcome to your elevated coastal escape. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and relaxed seaside living. Enjoy outdoor entertaining on the private patio featuring a firepit and BBQ grill, or unwind in the screened-in porch complete with a large TV—ideal for evenings after the beach. A fully fenced yard makes this home pet-friendly, while off-street parking adds everyday convenience.

Available for nightly or weekly rentals year-round, and ideally located just minutes from area beaches, shopping, and top local restaurants. Thoughtfully appointed and exceptionally inviting, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

This home is pet friendly- dogs only. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted on the decks or inside the home.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $149.50.

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The Owners sister decided to come down last min and stay at the property. We got a call 24 hours before we moved in that we were unable to stay, which is completely illegal. Had people come from 6 hours away as well. Luckily the realtor was able to make a last minute accommodation and provide us with an upgrade to a different property. Had zero communication with the owner who basically just did not care if our 4th of July week that we booked in April was ruined or not. I even left a message for the owner back in April when it was booked and never received a response. Would not recommend booking this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your reservation just before your arrival. We understand how upsetting this was, especially with family traveling from several hours away and plans that had been made months in advance. An unforeseen family emergency involving the owner's immediate family required the property to be unavailable, and we recognize the impact this had on your vacation. We are grateful that our rental management company was able to quickly secure an upgraded property for your stay so your holiday plans could continue. We would also like to clarify that all reservations, guest communications, and the VRBO listing are managed by our rental management company. They monitor and respond to inquiries and messages on behalf of the owner, so any messages sent through the VRBO platform are handled by them rather than the owner directly. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback. We are continually working with our management team to improve communication and ensure guests receive the best possible service, even in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. thank you, Bill Mantyla

Nice Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is as pictured and super clean. The bedrooms were spacious and we especially loved the screened back porch. We brought our dog with us so the fenced in yard was very convenient. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
