Need to let customers know about parking and how many vehicles they are allowed to have per unit. Overflow parking can get very tight and the city will tow if you are not parked in the correct place. I was told by a representative to park in the street if overflow was full. The city will tow vehicle after 10 pm. Per city ordinance.

Thank you for the 5‑star review and for this helpful feedback about parking at The Village at Gruene - Unit 201. I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience with overflow parking and being advised to park in the street. We will update the listing to clearly state vehicle limits and local street-parking/towing rules, and we’ll review guidance with our team so representatives provide correct instructions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we’d love the opportunity to host you again.
