It is located in the Hotel Zone, on a very quiet and safe closed street. Across the main avenue you can find Tortugas Beach with its beautiful blue caribbean colors. Right there you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.
Easy access by public transport. 5 min from the area of nightclubs, restaurants and shops.

It is a complete, private studio. Located on the top floor, you have to take a few stairs.

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so you can arrive at any time.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels we can schedule it in advance (with extra cost).

We share the parking spot with another apartment below. In case it is not available, please contact us and we will see if a neighbor wants to rent their place. Please do not park anywhere that does not belong to us.

NOTE: Due to the tropical climate and location of the property, you may encounter harmless small animals or insects during your stay, despite regular fumigation and maintenance measures. We appreciate your understanding, as these conditions are part of the natural environment of the region. ?

2. Do not make noise after 9:00 pm.
3. Forbidden to hang clothes and towels on the terraces or windows.
4. Extra visitors are not allowed in the building or apartment.
5. No smoking inside the accommodation.
6. Respect the parking space.
7. The condominium can put a penalty in case of not complying with the rules.
For each rule that is not complied with, a $50 US penalty will be charged, for the 1st rule not complied with, the 2nd $60 US, the 3rd 70 US and so on.

Replacement for lost key, access card or towel costs $20 US each.
