New "Drei Eichen" vacation apartment (55 m²) with a sunny terrace

Our gorgeous "Drei Eichen" vacation rental offers 55 m² of comfortable space for a relaxing, cozy getaway for two. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious dining/living area with a natural ambiance, complete with a leather couch that reclines, a solid-wood dining table with cozy armchairs, satellite TV, a stereo system, a CD player, a telephone, and a LAN connection (Wi-Fi available upon request). From there, you have direct access to the large sun terrace. A fully equipped country-style kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, coffee maker, coffee and tea bar, toaster, egg cooker, and hand blender leaves nothing to be desired. A modern bedroom with a box-spring bed, cozy blankets, a hot water bottle, and organic spelt pillows ensures a good night’s sleep. The bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, towel warmer, hair dryer, full-length mirror, and fluffy hand and bath towels, is ready for your use. A large outdoor terrace with sun loungers, seating, and umbrellas, along with a beautiful, relaxing natural garden spanning 1,100 m², an open fire pit, a garden shower, a lockable bike storage area, and an open carport right outside the door round out our offerings for your stay. Payment is due in cash on site. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. All prices include 7% VAT. By booking, you agree to our house rules. A security deposit of 150.00 euros per stay is due up to 1 week before arrival. After the property has been properly handed over, the amount will be refunded within one week after departure. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. The rooms are free of electromagnetic pollution. Non-smoking property. Services included in the base price: parking in front of the house, carport, lockable bike storage room with free charging for your e-bike, use of the garden, garden shower, high-quality bed linens, bath and hand towels, dish towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, sun loungers, and umbrellas.
