The Space:

Welcome to your waterfront getaway at the Emerald Grande, located in the heart of Destin’s HarborWalk Village. This beautifully appointed condo offers stunning harbor views, cozy comforts, and easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and boating adventures—including trips to Crab Island. Whether you’re relaxing on the private balcony, enjoying resort‑style amenities, or exploring the vibrant marina below, this is the perfect home base for an unforgettable coastal escape.



Kitchen and Dining: This spacious, open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry, and a large wraparound breakfast bar. It’s fully equipped with a toaster, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wine rack, and both single-serve and drip coffee makers. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, making it perfect for family-style meals, making cocktails, and enjoying beautiful harbor views.



Living Room: Invites you to relax with plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with cable—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Floor‑to‑ceiling glass fills the space with natural light and frames beautiful harbor views. Leading off the living room is the private balcony, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and sweeping vistas of the resort pools, marina, and East Pass meeting the Gulf of America—an unforgettable setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and watching boats return to the harbor.





This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a bonus room with a set of twin-size bunk beds.



Bedroom #1 features a king‑size bed, a smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and private balcony access. The spacious ensuite bathroom offers a dual vanity, soaking tub, walk‑in shower, and floor‑to‑ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The private balcony is furnished with a bistro‑style table and an end table with four chairs — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the harbor views.



Bedroom #2 features a queen‑size bed, a smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and a walk‑in closet. It offers window views of the resort‑style pool and harbor, along with shared balcony access from the living room. A Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom connects to the living area and includes a single vanity and walk‑in shower.



Bonus Room: The bonus room features a twin bunk bed, a nightstand, and a TV with cable—perfect for kids or extra guests.





Emerald Grande Amenities:

Your reservation includes a required daily resort fee of $50, which provides access to a wide range of premium amenities and services. This non‑optional fee covers beach shuttle service and beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella, food and beverage room service, business center access, and resort IT support. Guests also enjoy access to the Grande Vista Bar & Grill, full room service, The Spa at Emerald Grande, fitness center, on‑site activities, indoor and outdoor pools, and venues for private events. Additional benefits include seamless access to HarborWalk Village, 24‑hour front desk service, concierge and bellman services, on‑site parking, and complimentary WiFi.



All guests are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive their welcome packet and key cards, which are needed to access the parking garage and the condo. Please Park in the registration parking area first and stop by the front desk before heading to the unit. At check‑in, a $250 temporary hold will be authorized on a credit or debit card for incidentals.





HarborWalk Village is Destin’s vibrant waterfront hub, offering a mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps from your stay. Guests can enjoy popular hotspots like AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar for live music and nightlife, Harry T’s for casual waterfront dining, Margaritaville for tropical favorites, and The Boathouse Oyster Bar for laid‑back local vibes. Located at the heart of it all, the Emerald Grande is one of the best spots to easily rent jet skis and pontoon boats for a day trip to the famous Crab Island. With dolphin cruises, fishing charters, sunset sails, boutique shops, and seasonal events, HarborWalk delivers the perfect blend of coastal charm and nonstop fun. Just across the street, you’ll also find Destin’s iconic McGuire’s Irish Pub, known for its legendary atmosphere and classic fare.





Beach access at the Emerald Grande is provided exclusively by private boat shuttle service. Guests are transported to the resort’s private beach located near the East Jetty at Norriego Point, which is situated along the harbor inlet and is not directly on the Gulf of America. Please note that there are no public restrooms at this beach location; restroom facilities are available only on the shuttle boat, which arrives approximately every 30 minutes. For guests seeking a traditional Gulf‑front beach experience, public beaches such as Henderson Beach State Park (Additional Fee Required) or Princess Beach—located between Beasley Park and the Destin Bridge—are easily accessible by car.





IMPORTANT NOTICE:



Through 2027, HarborWalk Village—Emerald Grande —will be undergoing exterior improvements. During this time, some work may occasionally impact views or create mild daytime noise. However, the resort's top priority is ensuring every guest continues to enjoy the exceptional waterfront amenities that make HarborWalk your happy place.



Every effort will be made to minimize disruption, and all interior amenities at Emerald Grande will remain fully available. Any unavoidable exterior limitations will be clearly communicated. HarborWalk Village events, dining, shopping, and seasonal activities will continue as scheduled.



Update 1/30/26: The East Hot Tub, located adjacent to the pool and raised deck area, will be closed while construction activity remains on the east side of the pool deck. The projected closure is expected to continue through March 5, 2026. Currently, no other amenities are affected. The Sunset Deck Hot Tub remains open and available for use.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.



Essentials & Guidebook: We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.



We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!
