Welcome to this clean and comfortable home located in beautiful Lees Summit, MO, Close to World cup! Complete with off street parking and outdoor patio with grill. Booster seat and high chair for kiddos. Remote work space with desk. Lots of local restaurants, including 54th Street grill, Cooper's Hawk both 2 miles away. Great local shopping (1.5 miles) and only a 20 minute drive to the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs stadiums, 30 minutes from Down Town and Central Station... Kansas City zoo only 20 minutes away.. Lots to do in Kansas city!

Nice property. Stairs were not mentioned in the write up so I assumed it was a raised ranch with few stairs. Probably my fault for not asking. Suggest you add picture of the stairs or something in the description so us physically challenged folk won’t assumeThere were a few Wood roaches/water bugs on first floor.

Nice Place!

My son and I stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean! The beds were comfortable and there were a few extra amenities like a hair dryer and soaps. Easy to find and pretty close to some nice shopping!

This location was a great stay in an area near all types of food and coffee shops. Grocery stores are very close as well!!

We stayed at this home from June 5–8 and found several things we really appreciated. The location in Lee’s Summit was very convenient, directly across from a park and close to the areas we wanted to visit. The kitchen was well-equipped, the washer and dryer were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable.Unfortunately, there were some significant issues during our stay. When we arrived late in the evening, the home smelled strongly of smoke. More importantly, the air conditioning was not working, and the house was extremely hot. To the host’s credit, they responded promptly and had someone come out the next day to address the problem. However, that first night was very uncomfortable, and we got less than four hours of sleep because of the heat.Prospective guests should also be aware that this is a two-story home with very steep stairs. While that may not be an issue for everyone, older adults or anyone with knee or mobility concerns may find them challenging.Overall, the home offers a great location, comfortable beds, and good amenities, and the host was responsive when problems arose. However, the smoke odor, the first-night air conditioning failure, and the steep staircase affected our experience.

Perfect for our family thanksgiving

The property was clean and had everything we needed to celebrate the holiday. Plenty of space and well stocked with pots/pans and utensils. Would definitely stay here again.

Honest & ConstructiveOverall, the property was clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. However, one important detail that was not included in the listing is that the living room and kitchen are located on the top floor of the property, requiring the use of stairs. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it would have been helpful to know in advance—especially for guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.Aside from that, the space was comfortable and matched the photos. I would just recommend the host update the description to clearly mention the stairs so future guests can plan accordingly.

We stayed for three nights while in town for two sporting events in KC. Owner was very easy to communicate with. I would warn travelers of the very steep stairs to the upstairs living area. We wished there had been more outdoor seating.Very positive rating for location. Lee's Summit has TONS of places to visit for food and drink.

Comfortable stay and centrally located

Our stay at Douglas's home was comfortable and it was nice to be centrally located. Great to have a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans. Nice touch having a Keurig machine and coffee pods.

Convieniently located with responsive owner!

The place was clean, easy to get to and the owner was great. We added a night with no problem, he replaced a broken fan immediately and always responded quickly.

Great location perfect for a family of 5 or 6

This is a great location in Lee Summit, just outside KC. There were four adults and one teenager in our group. It was perfect for us. Very close to Hy-Vee grocery store and lots of restaurants. Property was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Lee's Summit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in LS visiting family. 100% pleased with this home for our stay. Cleanest property we have ever used. Had everything we needed, including a child gate for stairs & high chair (we had a 1 y/o with us). Owner very responsive, easy to work with. Look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!!
