Whether you’re here to unwind, explore the outdoors, or enjoy time with family and friends, this space is designed to make your stay effortless.

ABOUT THE HOME:

-The main level features a welcoming open layout with a loft-style living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy primary bedroom suite. You’ll also find a full bathroom and an additional half bath on this floor.

-Upstairs are two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and private patio access, and another featuring a queen bed plus two twin bunks, ideal for families or groups. A third upstairs bedroom offers another comfortable queen bed.

-Step outside onto the expansive back deck. Grill dinner as the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit, or sway in the hammock during warm summer afternoons. Out front, you’ll find a spacious concrete driveway with room for multiple cars.

-The Kachina bird preserve is just a few minutes walk. Whether you’re looking for a scenic hike, a peaceful stroll, or a place to reconnect with nature, you’ll love having direct access right from the property.

WINTER INFORMATION:

-Flagstaff winters are beautiful—and snowy! Our professional snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your stay and can be requested during your stay. For your convenience, shovels are also provided.

Please note that city street plowing schedules are outside our control. If a storm is forecasted, we recommend arriving before or after the weather and stocking up on groceries in advance. Due to weather being unpredictable, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related travel delays.


HOUSE RULES:

-Pets: This is a pet-free home. $500 Fine for violation.

-Parties: No parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Quiet hours in Flagstaff are 10 PM–6 AM, and we ask that all guests respect our wonderful neighbors.


FIREPLACE & FIRE PIT USE

-The outdoor fire pit and grill are propane-powered. Please never leave open flames unattended and ensure all gas knobs are fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please place the cover back on the fire pit.

-The indoor fireplace includes detailed instructions at the house. If you plan to use it, please only burn Duraflame-type fire logs (available nearby at Dollar General).

Guest access
-You’ll have full access to the home and property (excluding the garage), with easy self-check-in via a personalized keypad code.

PARKING:

-A large concrete driveway in the front of the house provides plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. The garage is reserved for owner storage and isn’t available to guests.
