NO SMOKING - Strictly no smoking…anything. This includes on decks, at pool/hot tubs, or within 10ft of the home. Evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your deposit.

NO PETS - Guests are not allowed to have pets in the home.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests that may stay overnight is 10.

SKI, SNOW, GOLF EQUIPMENT - Please use garage or ski closet located on the front porch for all ski, snow and golf equipment.

POOL - The pool and hot tub are located at Ranch Hall at the base area. There is a $15/person daily fee for use for anyone over 8 years old. Children under 8 are free. Grand Park Community Rec Center in Fraser has a pool, water slide, and hot tubs.

PARKING - There is space to park one car in the garage and additional cars in the driveway.
