The detached holiday home, renovated in 2019, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard. Trampoline.

Siófok. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The landlord has a friendly dog, which can also be kept separately. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
