Our newly furnished "Pauline" apartment is named in memory of a former open-pit mine in Müchelner.<br><br>The 33-square-meter apartment was newly furnished in 2020.<br>It is fully equipped with underfloor heating. <br><br>We provide you with vitalized Grander water throughout the entire apartment.<br><br>You’ll enter the living area through a small glass-enclosed entryway, which features a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll also find the cozy sleeper sofa, which can serve as a full-size extra bed.<br><br>In the bedroom, we’ve set our own standards with the high-quality box spring bed featuring a gel topper to provide you with the foundation for a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower; the toilet is separate and accessible from the bedroom.<br><br>Outside, your parking space is located on the enclosed property.<br>A vine-covered, partially covered pergola offers you a place to relax outdoors, perhaps with a good glass of wine or a cold glass of beer.<br><br>Upon request, we offer a bread roll service with fresh “clean label” rolls from our own bakery, or you can book a full breakfast with us.<br><br>Lake Geiseltal, along with its marina, boat rentals, and circular hiking trail, is just a few minutes’ walk from our apartment, as is Mücheln’s old town with its historic market square and restaurants.<br><br>Mücheln is the perfect starting point for your excursions.<br><br>Within a 20-km radius, you’ll find the wine and Jahn town of Freyburg (12 km), Naumburg with its historic old town and cathedral—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the site where the Nebra Sky Disk was discovered, complete with an extensive information center, Querfurt with its large castle complex, the town of Merseburg—famous for its magic spells and the legend of the raven—with its cathedral and palace complex, as well as Weißenfels with its castle.<br><br>The university towns of Halle (35 km) and Leipzig (40 km) are also very easily accessible by public transportation.
