After a full day of excitement, everyone can gather for a movie night on the flatscreen TV or sip a favorite cocktail as the sun goes down. Plus, there is a private washer and dryer to wash swimsuits if need be!

Sitting north of downtown Davenport, this complex offers a sense of seclusion and privacy while still being close to everything that this area is known for. If you brought the whole family along, a trip over to Disney World (eight miles), SeaWorld Orlando (18 miles), or Universal Studios (22 miles) for endless amusement. For a bit of excitement closer to home, rent a paddleboard or kayak and spend an afternoon on Old Lake Davenport soaking up the sunshine.



The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!



The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.
