Stylish 2nd-floor 3BD/3BA home in Grand Prairie featuring a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, dedicated workstation, dining table, private patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Conveniently located near DFW Airport and major highways 30, 360, and 183. Enjoy nearby attractions like Six Flags Over Texas and AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Cleaning: A one-time cleaning fee of $225 applies. Optional recurring cleanings are available upon request: $135 (bi-weekly) or $120 (weekly).

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: We are not liable for towing fees.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Utilities: Rent covers $125 for a 2-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Extra charge may apply should the limit be exceeded

Gym & Pool Access (For Stays Over 31 Days):
A makeshift gym is available for guest use. To access the gym and pool, guests staying more than 31 days must be registered as occupants through AppFolio and obtain a resident ID from the HOA office.

We’ll help schedule this appointment on your behalf. Please note there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $30 for this process.

Enjoy the space and comfort of our 3-bed, 3-bath condo, complete with a cozy front patio and a private fenced backyard. The ground floor features a bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Revel in the high ceilings of the spacious living room and dine with a view in the separate dining area overlooking the backyard. The laundry room is smartly situated under the stairs leading to the upper floor, where you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom is adaptable with twin beds that can convert to a king, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The large backyard is ideal for outdoor barbecues or just unwinding in the open air.
