Two bedroom (king/queen), den (sofa sleeper), two bathrooms - Plus, attached two car garage. Private split floor plan. Spacious lanai overlooking a peaceful pond. Washer/Dryer in unit. Master Bedroom: New king memory foam mattress, nightstands with built-in chargers, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, large walk-in closet, private access to the lanai. Master Bathroom: Double vanity, walk-in shower with grab bar, garden tub and toilet. The toilet can be used as a bidet, if wanted. Second Bedroom: Queen mattress, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, and large closet. Den: Sofa Sleeper w/ upgraded queen mattress, 55" cable/smart TV, ceiling fan and blackout curtains. Ideal for a movie night or flexible living space for guest. Second Bathroom: Single vanity & tub w/ shower. High-speed internet & cable TV throughout. Main Living Area: 65" smart/cable TV, couch w/ chaise, his/her rocking/reclining chairs - Plus, standing/sitting desk. Kitchen: Side by side fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave. NEW kitchenware - January 2026. You will also gain access to our Bonita Bay app as a visitor, this will grant you privileges to our dedicated activities department which offers lectures, wellness classes, and social events. Directly next to Bonita Bay is the "Promenade of Bonita Bay", approx. 2mi from our condo, which boast an array of casual to upscale dining, retail stores, unique boutiques, art galleries and high-end beauty salons and spas. It's the perfect open air shopping center and entertainment destination. The Bonita Springs Farmers Market is every Saturday 8am-12pm at The Promenade parking lot, featuring local vendors selling fresh fruits/vegetables, seafood, baked goods, honey, fresh cut flowers and much more.
