Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in Rehoboth Beach, DE! This charming bungalow captures the classic beach cottage feel with a unique layout and inviting décor designed for a memorable stay. Featuring a heated private pool and hot tub, it’s the ideal retreat for families and friends looking to relax and unwind. The home is within walking distance of both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches, and just a short bike ride to downtown restaurants, boutique shopping, and entertainment.

This dog-friendly home welcomes your furry companions so everyone can enjoy the vacation together. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, pit bulls are not permitted. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the breezeway dining area or outside on the patio with a gas grill, perfect for summer barbecues.

Located near both the ocean and Rehoboth Bay, the property offers easy access to year-round activities such as beachcombing, kayaking, surfing, and fishing. Explore the lively downtown areas of Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, or enjoy nearby tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, as well as a children’s playground. Funland, the boardwalk, and Jungle Jim’s Water Park are all close by.

The backyard includes a grill, cornhole set, outdoor shower, and poolside seating. Guests also have access to ping-pong in the basement, beach chairs, coolers, and an air mattress. The home offers plenty of parking with no meters or permits required. While not located within town limits, it remains easily walkable to the beach, bay, and both towns.

Please note: the property is currently undergoing exterior landscaping updates, and bamboo previously surrounding the pool has been removed. The pool and hot tub are open beginning May 15. Pool heat is available for an additional $75/night with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Bedroom layout: BR1 (main house) features a king bed and en suite bath. BR2 (main house) includes two twin beds together as a double. BR3 (main house) has two twin beds. BR4 is a guest cottage connected by a breezeway, with an en suite bath, slider to the pool/deck area, and a stackable washer/dryer. An additional full laundry is located in the basement.

Private pool season runs from 5/15–9/15, with dates subject to change due to weather or maintenance.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before check-in details are released.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
