This home sits on the original location of the Clubhouse of the Historic Rehoboth Beach Country Club. The bright, cheery interior of the home opens up to a fenced oasis of a yard. You will love spending afternoons in the yard as the family lounges around your private pool with beverages. Or sit on the front porch and people watch as folks stroll down Country Club Drive.

Inside you’ll find a two-story layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in one of six plush bedrooms. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and central AC add convenience to your stay.

It's only a short, easy walk to both the beach boardwalk and the famous Rehoboth Avenue with its shops and restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool is not heated and is open from May 1st through October 15th.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family Thanksgiving 2024

We found this home welcoming and clean. The property is just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was large and very suited for our family of 10. We had a wonderful time and would come here again. I do have to say that despite its size and cleanliness the property could use some repairs. Specifically ,one of the bathrooms up stairs has a crack in the actual tub and appears to have been leaking for some time. The water has spread to the carpet at the entrance of the bathroom and down into the main floor entryway closet. It has produced some black mold on the ceiling of the closet. A second bathroom upstairs (the one in the bedroom with the twin beds) is also leaking as evidenced by the water markings on the ceiling in the kitchen. As a multi property owner myself I know that if all of these damages are fixed now during the slower season you don't run the high risk of collapsing ceilings or worse, injury to guests, in the busier months. Also the carpet could use a good cleaning throughout the house.

Fall trip to Rehoboth

I have been coming to Rehoboth for over 50 years. My family and I have stayed in all areas of the town, but I like the county club estates area the best! It is quiet but within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue, with its many shops and restaurants. 109 Country Club has plenty of room for extended family with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We all enjoyed sitting outside by the pool, reading and relaxing. (The pool was not open as we stayed in October). We brought our dog and were so appreciative of the fenced in yard. Another plus is the first floor bedroom and bath for older family members. The kitchen is huge-2 ovens and plenty of utensils and cookware to make a home cooked meal. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The carpet throughout the house looked well-traveled, however, and one of the bathtubs in one of the upstairs bathrooms was cracked, resulting in water leaking into the bedroom. (We didn’t realize that it was cracked, but thought it was strange that it did not have a shower curtain when we arrived, or that this problem was not communicated to us. The garbage disposal appeared to be tired, and there was a noxious smell coming from the sink. The house could use some sprucing up, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Spacious, lovely home!

Great home with well maintained furniture and pool! Everything felt very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had nice modern appliances. We comfortably fit 9 adults and two kids with ample space!

109 Country Club Drive

Great location. Beach & town were easily accessible. The weather was so glorious, no one used the pool. It was nice to have it nevertheless. Despite a few minor issues which Vacasa is now aware of, everything was as expected and a good time was had by all.

Wonderful Stay!!

Our group had a wonderful time during our stay. The house had all the amenities we could need. The location to Rehoboth Ave was a huge plus. We'd definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving

House is located close to the boardwalk and rehoboth avenue. Kitchen is bigger than we expected with double oven. Yay. Table held almost all of us. Good bedroom layout.

Okay for the long weekend

Dirty

House was dusty and dirty. Floors especially kitchen and dining room were filthy. I went to Walmart and bought own mop and cleaning supplies . When you spend almost 4000 you shouldn't have to clean when you get there

Large House Three Blocks from the Beach

The house accommodated our 11 person group and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was very convenient to walk to all the great parts of Rehoboth Beach.

Perfect Vacation House

Adequate vacation rental

We appreciated the pool and ability to include dogs. However, propane tank ran out in midst of grilling our second dinner which was quite expensive ultimately. Washing machine and dryer worked sporadically. Home should have manual to cover all appliances. Basement has mildew smell. Would be much more efficient to have direct local contact information. Awaiting a response to our request for a refund attributable to the additional costs we incurred because if the amenities which did not fully function adequately.

Awesome home

Beautiful house with a ton of sleeping space for 12 adults. The house is well kept with a beautiful pool and it's so nice that it's also dog friendly! A short bike ride to the beach, but it's a bit long for a walk unless you have a wagon or minimal accessories. The customer service was great and always attentive when we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Well equipped. Nice pool. Good location.

we had a great stay - the location was excellent, walking distance to the beach/boardwalk/rehoboth ave, the house was comfortable/spacious enough for our family and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed - we loved the big couch and dining table, the grill, and the best part was the pool. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay and the manager was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. they also let us check in an hour early which was very much appreciated on a hot day. The only downside was the cleanliness - we were not sure all the linens had been changed prior to our arrival. Excellent ! Excellent !

House was great. Pool was a great feature. New patio. Backyard had a small hole in the ground by the outdoor furniture which we tried to cover so no one would step in it. House Was Great!

Seachange responded immediately when I reported that we needed additional beach towels. I have never rented a home with a pool so this was a big hit with everyone especially my grands. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories. Overall this house met all of our needs. The long dining room table allowed all of us to dine comfortably. Nice house. We had a few minor problems most of which were quickly addressed. The house was pretty well cleaned but there were quite a few bits and pieces around which didn`t bother us much except for concerns that we would be held responsible. Nice House!

Spacious accommodations for a large family in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the beach. The house is very well stocked - better than most we’ve rented - and we all enjoyed some old school fun with Wii games and VHS movies. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it was opened when we were leaving and looks nice. We would definitely return to this property. Better than Most we have Rented!

We arrived at 4:00 to move in there was a woman there checking the house. The house was not cleaned properly. We were told at first it could be a two hour wait for the cleaners to come back. The cleaners came they recleaned the house, they did an excellent job the second time. The home itself was beautiful,, the linens were on the porch, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The development is lovely and pool and gym were wonderful.
