2nd Floor:
The hallway leads to one of the bright, natural-light-filled bathrooms, equipped with a walk-in wellness shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Across from it is a gorgeous bedroom featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a vanity, and a spacious closet. The spacious and light-filled living area features a huge sofa arrangement, a flat-screen TV, an open kitchen, and an adjoining dining area. Direct access leads to the furnished, east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
The high-quality kitchen leaves little to be desired, featuring various everyday conveniences such as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven at a comfortable working height, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Off the living area is another bedroom, also furnished with a cozy box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a closet, and it even has its own southeast-facing balcony. 3rd Floor:
A staircase leads up to the upper level of your vacation home, where you’ll find a third bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Another bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub ensures a refreshing start to the day. And now for another highlight—a small flight of stairs leads directly to a breathtaking rooftop terrace with a stunning panoramic view of Grömitz, high-quality lounge furniture, and a cozy beach chair.

A parking space (No. 7) right next to the house is, of course, included with your vacation rental.
Access to the entrance area of the Lighthouse building is at ground level, and there is an elevator in the building. Free Wi-Fi access is included.
The apartment features 2 balconies and a rooftop terrace, which guests of the neighboring vacation rental No. 6 also have access to.
Guests of the building can use the shared laundry room with a washer and dryer for a fee.
