Our home is located on a large, quiet corner lot in Troy, Ohio, in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets and small-town charm. Close to downtown Troy (0.7 miles) for restaurants, shops, and local events. Convenient to Hobart Industries (0.3 mi), Hobart Arena (1 mi), and Hobart Institute of Welding Technology (1.2 mi). An easy 20-minute drive to Dayton and a great base for exploring the Miami Valley.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, front porch, private fenced backyard, and driveway. Entry is keyless via smart lock. Instructions will be sent before check-in.
