The apartment is located on the first floor on a spacious plot with a beautiful courtyard garden style. It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom and is ideal for four people.
Enjoy the view of the sea and the well-kept garden from the terrace, which is only for your use, or prepare your favorite dishes on the grill.
A path will lead you directly from the owner's property to the nearby beach. During your stay, visit the town of Labin, also known as a town of artists, with numerous galleries and a beautiful old town. Be sure to also make a trip to the town of Rabac, with its beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants, bars and pastry shops.
Apartment units CIO309 and CIO310 are located on the same property. The host also lives on the property.
