The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Next to a public beach. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).
