The experience staying here was very good, the resort is right on the beach and has great amenities (pools, hot tubs, shops, restaurants). My only feedback is that the utilities provided with the condo were somewhat bare (there were 2 dishwasher pods provided, 2 laundry detergent packs, no coffee filters, no baking sheets). Even considering these minor things, this was a great vacation and I would recommend this stay to anyone

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and facilities had alot to offer, there were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved with the management. Also the elevator situation can take awhile to get on due to the amount of people staying at this property, so account for some time if you require to use the elevator. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room and facilities that were available. The kids enjoyed the pools and the arcade facility attached to the resort. Will be a guest here again in the future.

Has potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and idea of it all is great. The condo was dirty and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. The couch was dirty and smelled and just needs to be replaced completely. We loved our balcony views, the water shows every night, the restaurants downstairs, the beach access across the street, etc... but the actual condo just needs some TLC and it could be perfect. The staff was also unwelcoming on multiple occasions.
