The townhouse was cleanand as described. Parking was at the door and it was easy to get in and out of traffic. The walk to the beach access was too much for me but it is sidewalk all the way there and all the way to the beach.

Awesome management and property

Very clean and updated condo! Management was amazing to work with and, the neighbors were very friendly! Amenities were awesome as well!

Wonderful

Staying in this property felt like home. Very cozy and comfortable, it had almost all of the necessities that we needed and more. Also, there was a beach access close by which was nice as well. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING

We had such an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway. A special shout-out to Peggy, who was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. She was also wonderful with communication, which made our trip even easier. I’d recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Spring Break Trip

This was my families first time going on a trip to Panama City Beach together I cannot imagine a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect and we were supplied with everything we needed. If we needed anything else or to stock up on groceries many stores were near by. Couldn’t dream of staying somewhere better.

The owner was amazing!

The owner is amazing! There was construction going on around us( which was out of his control) but he bought us a beautiful dinner for any inconsistency that the construction may have caused. What a wonderful gesture.

Great rental

The townhome was very nice. It was clean, well furnished, the beds are comfortable, we had all kitchen necessities, and the space was good. Didn’t realize it was 2 floors- a struggle for our tiny dog. We had to carry him the entire time. The neighbors were nice but loud on the 2nd night. There is zero beach access so you have to drive down to public parking (like 3 min on a slow day), which was fine because of how nice the unit is. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas (which should be replaced, as one is broke and I cut my arm on it). We would definitely stay here again.

Not satisfied

Was not clean. Was not just steps away from the beach like it said. Stains on pillows & comforter. Hair & dirt in tub as well as a ponytail & razor cover that someone left. Refrigerator had stuff spilled on shelves. Could go on & on.

The local contact does a walk-through of the home before arrivals and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the home is cleaned upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

This Condo was absolutely perfect. The beach is across Thomas Drive and the close proximity to attractions and great eateries highlighted the stay. Thank you for the recommendations from the owners, we visited many of the businesses. We would highly recommend this Condo to any family that wants to enjoy the lure of Panama City Beaches!!!!

Townhouse was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Plenty of towels and pillows with extra covers. Located very close to beach access 12 which was perfect. Not one complaint!

Love, love, love!!!

We were very impressed! Very clean and well taken care of!!Well decorated and very organized. Loved the beach chairs that were available. The only thing missing would be more blankets for the beds. Other than that, perfect to us!
