Welcome to your cozy Austin hangout! This newly renovated 4BR/2BA home blends retro charm with modern comfort, just minutes from The Domain, Q2 Stadium, and only 15 minutes from Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium for Longhorns games. Walk to Celis Brewery for Belgian-style beers and award-winning tacos. Relax with cornhole, board games, a fire pit, queen beds in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen—perfect for families, friends, and soccer or football weekends.
We live in Houston, but don’t worry—you’re never on your own! We’re always just a message away and respond quickly. We also have trusted local contacts nearby if anything needs in-person attention. Our goal is to give you privacy while being readily available whenever you need us.
You’re in a great North Austin spot with easy access to some of the city’s best experiences! The Domain—Austin’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment district with dozens of restaurants, bars, and high‑end shops—is just a 5‑minute drive away. Q2 Stadium, home of Austin FC and major events, is only about 1.8–2 miles (roughly 5 minutes by car), perfect for soccer weekends and concerts.
If you love local breweries and great bites, Celis Brewery with Belgian‑style beers and food trucks is nearby, about 1–1.5 miles away—a fun walk if you’re up for it or a quick ride.
You’re also well positioned for University of Texas events, with Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium (home of the Texas Longhorns) about a 15-minute drive away. Guests will have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the spacious backyard and fire pit Parking is easy with a driveway that fits 2–3 cars and additional street parking available. There is a locked owner’s closet—please do not access it during your stay.

There are bus stops within walking distance of the home that connect to CapMetro’s broader network, including routes toward downtown Austin.
For rail travel, CapMetro’s Red Line commuter rail connects North Austin to downtown and other hubs with convenient service—perfect if you want to explore the city without driving.
Of course rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), taxis, and car rentals are widely available in the area too, making it easy to reach The Domain, downtown, Q2 Stadium, breweries, and attractions throughout Austin.

We have a camera at the exterior of the house that records audio and video and will be actively recording all through out the reservation. Don’t worry it does not look into interior spaces. The camera records the driveway and front door.
