You can easily walk to walk to Ladybird lake, downtown, Rainey street entertainment district, and Austin convention center. Only blocks away from some of the coolest bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries. Walkable bars include East Side Tavern, Stay Gold, Whislers and more. Restaurants nearby include La BBQ, Pitchfork Pretty, Justine's, Bufalina, and Native Hostel. Perfect location during SXSW, F1, and ACL!

4 Bed/3 Full Bath one story home with dual masters, open concept living and kitchen that provides the perfect layout and space for your group.

There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and one air mattress is also available.

Two bathrooms have a have walk in shower and the third has a shower-tub combo. Bath toiletries and hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms.

The living room is spacious with a sectional sofa and large smart TV equipped with streaming content. There’s high speed WiFi for all your streaming and work needs.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and coffee! Stocked with all needed cookware, glassware and dinnerware.

All bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space. On-site laundry available as well as an iron and ironing board.

Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house, large fenced yard, and grilling area. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway and ample parking on the street.

Other notables: Oracle, Google, GoDaddy, SAP, Uber, H-E-B, Favor offices all within walking/biking distance.
