With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it’s perfect for a summer golf getaway or a winter Polar Express adventure. Close to Bearizona and downtown Williams, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, extra linens and towels, fun family games and peaceful walks right in the neighborhood. Stroll through downtown Williams to shop local boutiques, or enjoy the area’s fantastic restaurants.

I highly recommend this home. It is spacious enough for a couple of families to not feel crowded. The backyard was great for our dog, she really enjoyed playing with the sticks and pinecones. Being on the 11th hole tee off was great as well. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the golfers. The kitchen is large, well-stocked, and has plenty of room to move around if you plan on cooking during your stay.

We were on a girls trip and quite enjoyed our stay!! The patio was welcoming, the golf course view lovely, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked, there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets if needed. Only suggestion would be to add a chair to the living room. Loved it!

Very nice home with a large fenced in back yard in nice neighborhood good for morning/evening walks and just across freeway from downtown Williams. The home fit 6 adults/3 kids comfortably. Should note that the Master Bdrm has the only private bath. There is another 1/2 bath behind kitchen just outside Master Bdrm. The other 3 bedrooms share the second full bath just inside the front door. This part of of neighborhood is close to freeway and train tracks so you will hear some noise but the view from the back to the golf course is serene. Communication with host was great and phone numbers provided in the welcome book in case we had needed something. Overall good value for a nice home close to Williams/Golf/Grand Canyon/Bearizona/Canyon Adventure Park/Go-Karts!

Beautiful new home in cute community on golf course. Fixtures and furnishings were all well chosen and in great condition. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) loved having their own bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were nice too. Coffee, creamers, sugar, and other basics were all generously provided. The grill and patio were nice and inviting — overlooking the golf course. Speaking of golf, my son played twice and loved the course, which was reasonably priced and less than 5 minutes to clubhouse. Home was about 5 minutes to cute downtown Williams too. Jennifer was a great host — very responsive. The cleaning crew was also great—the space was perfectly clean when we arrived and they found an item we forgot and thoughtfully saved so Jennifer could make arrangements to return. We would definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend this home.
