Prestigious top level villa with pool and spectacular sea views!

Luxury meets quality and design - sensational villa with 250m² of living space, illuminated pool with counter-current system and spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the entire south coast up to the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. A fantastic, modern, open room concept extends over the ground floor and first floor. The ground floor was designed as a 140sqm loft in which social or family gatherings are the central point: living, cooking and eating openly merge into one another. A guest room, a bathroom (with window) and a guest toilet (with window) were preserved. The entire ground floor is oriented towards the sea and the coast. On the upper floor are the other three full bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (with window). Each of the bedrooms has its own private terrace. The fifth bedroom has a connecting door to one of the master bedrooms. Ideal, for example, as a family room. Also on the upper floor, all rooms of the house offer a fantastic frontal view of the sea and the coastal towns, which draws spectacular pictures, especially at night, at full moon or at sunset. All bedrooms are very spacious, each bed measures 180 x 200 cm and the rooms are equipped with large wardrobes. The fully equipped branded kitchen is a dream for every cook: All electrical appliances are from top German manufacturers. From the coffee machine to the dishwasher, oven with steamer function and 6-plate induction cooker, you will find everything that makes your heart beat faster. The kitchen is furnished from plate to wine glass, toaster, juicer and mixer. The main terrace with southwest orientation measures 300m². Here you will also find the new heated swimming pool (additional costs) with a counter-current system, which proudly invites you to swim with 12m by 3.5m. The pool has an electric pool cover to protect against dirt or falling. The outdoor dining area with a table for up to 12 people lures you to great barbecue evenings. This dining area is covered with a flexible pergola that provides shade or sun when needed. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax and laze around. All bedrooms have blinds. The windows are made of burglar-proof safety glass. A private fitness area is located in the basement of the house. Private parking for up to six cars on the property. The villa was completely renovated in 2018/2019.

Everything was amazing! The villa was spotless, all the rooms were beautiful, the 12 meter pool was just wonderful (I swam a mile every morning to justify the huge amount of food and drinks we consumed!) The views, especially from the terrace and master bedroom, were just stunning - we’ve never stayed anywhere with such an amazing view! Jorge was so helpful answering all our questions and showing us around when we arrived, and the welcome pack of treats (it was my birthday when we were there) was so lovely and thoughtful! I can’t recommend it enough; thank you SO much to everyone who made my very special birthday week a memory we will all cherish forever…

Perfect stay

We rented the house for a short one-week vacation at the end of November. It was a perfect luxury villa, with a very quiet environment and lots of details that made our stay a wonderful experience. The villa was perfectly located to enjoy the beaches (5-10 minutes by car) as well as nature on the trails directly behind the house. We enjoyed the sunsets with a wonderful view of the ocean. We have been renting houses all over the world for more than 15 years, and this was without a doubt one of the best. Thank you, Jorge, if time allows, we will be back :)

The property was really nice but with it being so high up it was cloudier and a lot cooler And i think for the price the cost of heating the pool should have been included The views were spectacular over the coast line You also definitely need a car as it is a 45min walk down a very steep hill to get to the seafront and i dont think you would walk back

Stunning house in fab location

We cannot give enough praise for this amazing house and the property manger that would do them justice - both exceeded our expectations! The house is exactly as advertised however the location provides the most spectacular elevated views of the island from almost every aspect of the house but more importantly, uninterrupted views of the sea! The sunsets we enjoyed from the house were nothing short of breathtaking. All bedrooms were spacious, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds however the master bedroom was particularly wonderful. The sea views from the bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom were wonderful. Really special space to enjoy. The living areas were again thoughtfully furnished and comfortable to enjoy. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped with easy to use appliances. The outdoor area has 2 lovely seating areas, 1 large table and benches for eating and a lovely comfortable sofa complimented by an adjustable roof on the pagoda to provide additional shade or lighting for evenings on the terrace. Matthias, the property manager was fabulous! Welcoming, helpful, efficient and professional. We can’t wait to return!

Aqua luna villa

Wow.. The villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice, Jorge was there waiting for us when we arrived, he gave us an in depth guide around the house and showed us how to use all the hi-tech equipment, which is amazing, you feel so safe, with alarm fobs and exterior shutters etc, the pool area is fantastic for chilling on sunbeds or on the outdoor furniture, you can control the pergula to be either open or closed. The indoor area is just as nice with a large sofa and dining area where you can just admire the absolutely stunning views down over the see and harbour and the glorious sunsets (which are stunning) the kitchen has all top appliances and there is also a pantry that has another rge fridge freezer so you have plenty of room for lots of drinks. Upstairs the bedrooms are very good size and the beds are so comfortable.all face over Adeje and they all have balcony's. There is a basement that is huge, with gym equipment a pool table and table tennis table, and this is where you also find a washing machine and dryer. The pool was cleaned twice and the maintenance man would just let you know he was there and get in with stuff without disturbing you. All in all is is an amazing villa and we have some life long memories to take home with us. We did not hire a car for this holiday It is a long way up but it's is walkable to the front as all downhill where you find a couple of bays with beautiful beaches. Restaurants and bars and shopping you will need to get a cab back

Heerlijke villa met fantastisch uitzicht.

Super fijne week gehad in AquaLuna! We waren met 2 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (10-15jr). We waren er de eerste week van mei en hebben het zwembad laten verwarmen, aanrader! In de kelder is een pooltafel, tafeltennistafel en wat gewichten ed om mee sporten. Het huis ligt tegen de berg op dus een eigen auto is fijn. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, prachtige zonsondergang! We komen hopelijk nog een keer terug!

Fantastic villa, exactly how the property was listed. Stunning.

A fabulous holiday was had by all. The villa was superb. Exactly as shown listed. Our host was fabulous. Met us after a late flight and was very informative. It would be best to hire a car, but there was a good taxi service available.

Großzügige Villa perfekt ausgestattet

Aufgrund der großzügigen Räumlichkeiten ist die Villa ideal für Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Wir waren nur zu fünft und hatten daher Platz ohne Ende. Da die Villa in oberster Reihe am Hang liegt mit Blick auf die Bucht von Costa Adeje, ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand etc. liegen alle etwa 10 - 15 Min. Fahrt entfernt. Auf dem Grundstück sind zwei Stellplätze vorhanden. In dem Wohngebiet wird relativ viel gebaut, allerdings haben wir von Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft kaum etwas gehört bzw. fühlten uns davon überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Villa verfügt über eine Vollausstattung bis hin zu Strand-/Pooltüchern. Alle technischen Geräte inkl. Outdoor-Grill funktionierten einwandfrei. Einzig mit der Bedienung der Terrassenbeschattung waren wir etwas überfordert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch für große Leute geeignet. Selbst die gemeinsame Bettdecke war so groß bzw. breit genug, dass sich zwei Personen damit bequem zudecken konnten. Im Keller befindet sich eine Hantelbank und ein Billard-Tisch. Wir empfehlen die Nutzung der Pool-Heizung, da sich die Wassertemperatur über Nacht doch sehr abkühlt. Zum Bahnen Schwimmen ist der Pool eher nicht geeignet, da sich an den jeweiligen Kopfenden die Treppe bzw. die aufgerollte Poolabdeckung (am Boden) befinden und der Pool nicht sehr tief ist (ca. 120 cm?), was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit den Vermietern lief sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch per Telefon und WhatsApp. Die Informationen vor der Anreise per Email waren dagegen etwas holprig und mit dem letzten Werktag vor unserem Flug sehr kurzfristig, z. B. hinsichtlich der Information, dass eine Kaution iHv 1000,- € in bar bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden müsste und der Nachweis über eine Covid-Impfung etc. sowie eine Kopie der Reisepässe aller Mitreisenden vorab per Email geschickt werden müssten. Fazit: Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben die Villa mit all ihren Vorzügen sehr genossen!

Eine Super Villa

Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort es war eine tolle Woche. Mit dem Verwalter Matthias hatten wir einen Guten Ansprechpartner wenn es irgendwo mal gehackt hatte. Der Ausblick war ein Traum wir würden alle noch mal wiederkommen.

Stunning views of the ocean

Beautiful villa with stunning views. Perfect die two families with kids. Pool can be heated and the living room is very spacious. Very nice welcome and very accommodative to our questions. Would love to come back. You need a car to move around, there are no shops or supermarkets within walking distance but to drive down to the beach just takes 12 minutes.

Stunning

Simply a stunning property with the most amazing views of the Adeje region especially in the late afternoon as the sun goes down. It's a huge villa with space inside and out for two families and our children loved the pool. It's only 10 mins drive into town and lots of restaurants deliver food up to the villa. We will definitely return. Thanks to Matthias too.

Amazing!!

Villa was immaculate and very modern. Daniela was always on hand and very helpful throughout our stay! Although picture look amazing, does not do the villa justice as it is more impressive in person! Would definitely recommend and return here.
