Newly Renovated 3-bedroom house in Chestertown on 50 acres 20 mins to Gore

Relax at Pine Notch, our newly renovated A-frame home nestled on 50 acres with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, cozy "flex" room, gourmet kitchen and wood beamed living room that comfortable sleeps 8. 4 decks surround the house, accessible from both upstairs bedrooms and common areas to enjoy the woods and night skies with coffee or wine in hand. Thoughtful, modern amenities anchor all new furnishings. This house provides a peaceful escape close by to main ADK attractions - drive to ski Gore Mountain (20 min), swim, kayak and fish Loon Lake (3 min to public boat launch and beach), boat on Schroon Lake (20 minutes), visit Lake George (30 minutes) or simply walk outside to your private ADK park with trails for hiking or snowshoeing. When you arrive up the winding driveway (4WD or AWD suggested) you will see our expansive parking area. There is a covered carport you are welcome to use as well. Follow the walkway down to the front door and enter on the main level with the kitchen, living room, bonus room, laundry room, full bathroom and our double queen bed room. As you come in, there is a large closet with trays for boots, hooks for coats and cubbies for gloves and hats. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, island with 3 barstools, coffee station with both drip and Keurig, toaster, pots and pans and the necessities you will need to prepare your meals - even a spice rack. Our bar height dining table accommodates four guests with additional kitchen island seating. The living room is perfect to gather in with views out of every window. Smart TV is ready for your logins. The fireplace is a work in progress, we still need to repoint the chimney so for now it is decoration only. The large, covered deck with ADK chairs is accessible from there. The main floor rustic bedroom has two queen beds, a large closet (with additional luggage racks) and benches. Our trademark monogrammed linens have been copied here - 100% cotton with a light blanket, top sheet in summer, comforter in winter. The bathroom has a walk in glass shower with a rain fall shower head, shampoo and shower gel and luxury towels. The "library" is our cozy bonus room with its wooden ceiling, a chaise couch and TV. There are cables for a gaming console. Perfect for reading or for that quiet space to do some work. When you go upstairs, you go into the foyer which has a café table and access to the second floor deck. The dual master bedrooms are to the left and the right. Both rooms have King beds, ceiling fans and multiple closets. The "Bear" room has the covered deck and the "Moose" room has the deck leading to the driveway. Moose has another hat and boot area in the corner for guests going in and out of the sliding doors. In between the rooms is the expansive second full bathroom with a tiled tub, shower and double vanity. Shampoo, shower gel and towels are provided. The vaulted windows framing the trees makes it feel like you are outside. As unique as the layout and house is - the property is an amenity that stands alone. We have 50 acres of established trails you can go on amidst pines and maples. There is no bad time to sit on a deck or a rock and just disconnect. At night, pull out the firepit onto the open space of the driveway and stargaze in a dark that is rarely experienced these days. We have Starlink for internet so while Pine Notch feels remote, you are connected. Downtown Chestertown is 7 minutes away with a grocery store, Walgreens, two hardware stores and both a pizza and an ice cream shop.
