So this was my first VrBo and it will be my last. The description of the apt amenities were not completely listed and I had to keep texting the host to confirm things. The check in process was a nightmare because the host waited till the day of my arrival to get the wristband payment info to me and so when I arrived at the apts I could not get thru the gate. After an hour texting the host she provided me with payment info for the wristbands. The apt was disgusting!!! Blood on the bathroom wall and bedroom floor. Showers had mold growing in them. Fingerprints and dried liquid all over the mirrors, walls, glass doors and refrigerator. Listing states A/C in all rooms but the living room WELL there is no A/C except in the bedrooms only! Minimum utensils for cooking! And the worst was no hot water!!! Host has the temp turned down so it’s always only lukewarm. Not to mention there is no curtain for the large back sliders and the whole world outside can see you especially at night - NO PRIVACY! I am very disappointed with this host, this apt and VrBo.
