The house was nice and had a fun rooftop terrace. We were worried about our Christmas Day arrival and not being able to buy any food. The host was kind enough to arrange to for us to get a small order of food from the grocery store and have it in the fridge for when we arrived. Above and beyond. Fun pools, fun beach, beautiful area.

Location fantastic.

Close to everything we did. Tough to find coming from the south! They didnt have our name at security station at arrival. After 1st time. They were great! Place was clean. Beach was nice but small.

Perfect condo in Puerto Rico!

This was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone! The host very responsive and always made sure that everything was going okay. Great area in Puerto Rico and there is also a private beach for the complex.

Great place!!

Puerto Rico was on our bucket list and this property is close to many of the fun activities we wanted to do. Lissette is a great host. The 3 balconies are great for unwinding from a day of sun and sand.

Great place for family

This penthouse apt was great for all ages. Beautiful views and wonderfully decorated. The little details like sand toys for the kids and seating everywhere made the stay so comfortable. My only issue is that the beach seemed to have been ravaged by a storm. But the condo was gorgeous.

Just as good the second time

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Communication with the owner Lissette is quick and responsive. A great place if you really want to unwind. Condo is spacious and well stocked. We will be coming back again

This apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed with everything needed for 5 fussy women. We especially enjoyed the two balconies on the main floor for our morning coffee and our planning for the day. A great bonus was the food market in walking distance. The private beach was a nice place to hang out as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the host Lisette was easy.

The property was everything that was described by the VRBO announcement. Extremely clean, well furnished, accommodating for eight guests, wonderfully equited and very centric to all sorts of deversions ( beaches, casinos, restaurants, horse back riding, off road vehicle rentals and a variety of many other fun filled activities.)

PR penthouse

We booked a last minute trip. Lissette was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids loved the bunk beds! The security gate staff were always very friendly when we were coming and going. We enjoyed the beach access and pools. Also explored beaches in the area.

Family vacation

Great place to stay! A good location for visiting rainforest, San Juan, and various beaches. Beach at the complex was small, but nice to be able to walk to easily. A couple notes—no dishwasher, would be nice if plastic was removed from master bed mattress. A/C units in bedrooms worked wonderfully, it did get a little warm in the main living areas. Communication with owner was always prompt and helpful!

Quiet paradise getaway

This property was fantastic. Beautiful apartment in a very safe secure complex. Private beach at the end of the complex, 5 minute walk. 1 great restaurant 3 minute drive. Food truck park less than 10 minutes away in town called Rio Grande(Thursday-Sunday open). You definitely need a rent a car to get around here. Not touristy at all, great local charm. I would highly recommend this place, owners communication was great

Great Holiday Get-Away

Lissette 's place is lovely. The condo had everything we needed. The air moving through the unit was wonderful. One pool in the middle of the complex was out of commission when we first arrived, but was repaired and usable after 2 days. The complex was well kept and felt very safe. The little beach was perfect for lots of water play. My family and I had a great time. We had never been to PR, so we weren't really sure where to stay, but this location was great. We spent a few days doing various things in El Yunque, Pinones, Luquillo, and San Juan. Nothing was too far. I hope we can visit again!

Beautiful condo with everything you need for an excellent vacation

Very nice three bedroom condo on beautiful property featuring pools and an almost private beach. It’s close enough to San Juan to make the trip to city for sightseeing easy while being far away enough to avoid the hustle and bustle. There’s a grocery store right up the street with everything you need as well. We enjoyed staying here as our home base as we toured the island. We had WiFi, DISH TV, a full kitchen with dishes, washer and dryer, etc. A real bonus is the beautiful spacious rooftop sunning area. There are lounge chairs, a hammock in the shade to read or relax, and a nice patio with table and chairs for dining outside. Lissette is an amazing hostess and very helpful with dining recommendations and any questions we had.

Great Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The penthouse condo was well appointed and we really enjoyed the three outdoor spaces - front and back patio and upstairs roof patio. The is great breeze through the condo when the windows were open. The beach is a 5 minute walk through the property and we enjoyed the beach a lot. There are two pool but we did not use them. There is a Wal Mart about 10-15 minutes away and a local grocery store just outside the property. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Terrific vacation!

Lissette and Enrique were wonderfully kind and helpful, offering to meeting us near the condo after our 6.30 a.m. arrival! The condo is great-- extremely clean and comfortable and an easy place to start and end our days. Plus, we loved the private rooftop deck. It's also really well located, half an hour from San Juan, El Yunque, and many of the attractions further east. We spent a couple of glorious days at the public beach in Loiza, about 7 minutes away, which Enrique had recommended. It's not at all crowded and is a beautiful, protected cove, very calm for swimming with the kids. Also had a great afternoon horseback riding near El Yunque. To cap it off, we enjoyed lots of delicious meals on the north shore. All told, the condo was a relaxing hub for a super fun, full trip. We very much hope to be back!

Amazing...Fabulous...Great for Kids

My family of six (4 kids) spent 10 days at the penthouse apartment. It exceeded my expectations and will definitely be back. Lissette & Enrique were gracious in welcoming us to the facility. When we arrived, they took us on a tour of the facility. Private beach was awesome. Roof top with a hammock was quite relaxing. Slept with windows open. The breeze was refreshing. Due to the facility location. We were able to visit Vieques and Culebra. Awesome. You have to be there to experiece. The food facilities on the way to San Juan had fresh local food. We visited them whenever we could. The Villa felt like a home away from home. We felt safe throughout. Thank you Lissette & Enrique. We shall be back.

Phenomenal!

We went down with two other couples for an extended weekend and loved every second of our stay. El Yunque National Forest is fifteen minutes by car and old San Juan is 25 minutes depending on traffic. I recommend renting a car, as there isn't much in Loiza itself and taxi service is inconsistent, this has it's advantages as the beaches are not crowded and everything is very reasonably priced. We spent most of our time in Lissette's beautiful penthouse, the place is huge, several balconies, a gorgeous roof area, and a kitchen that was very well stocked with cooking supplies. We cooked most of our meals ourselves to maximize drinking/beach time. We were very close to the beach, it did become a bit tricky a few times as there was only one set of keys for the six of us and keys were needed to get from the beach back to the villa. This place overall was everything that we were looking for and Lissette helped make our experience awesome.

This property was unique because of the view, easy access to the attractions yet very quiet and away from it all to relax. The spacious balconies, rooms distribution and close to the beach and rainforest. Not much more to ask for. We are blessed for this opportunity and to share with our guests/friends.

You can relax on the Penthouse Roof Top under the sun or shaded area, take a nap on the hammock and listen to the birds chirping or on a clear night view the stars and constellations. Take a walk to the beach and bath or just relax with the sound of the waves washing up on your feet. Take a nice walk on the beach left or right to breath clean fresh air and feel the seabreeze
