## Space

The modern, bright and spacious apartment is situated in the lively center of Zandvoort. Suitable for 4. Next to the Leonidas chocolate shop is the private entrance with terrace of the apartment where on the ground floor you will find the bathroom with toilet. If you go up the stairs you enter the bright and spacious living room with modern open kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 children.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Perfect vacation in beautiful location

This location is perfectly situated in the center of Zandvoort and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment was completely clean and they even had a full kitchen so we were able to cook breakfast each morning. I can highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay close to the centre

I would highly recommend this place. The communication from the host was great, check-in and check-out were very easy. The place itself is well taken care of and more spacious than anticipated. It's only 5 min walk from the train station and 15 from the beach. Plenty of local shops and restaurants in vicinity.

Great accommodation

The accommodation was very, very nice. The furnishings were also wonderful. Unfortunately we had a slightly foul smell in the bedrooms, probably from the heaters. In the summer gladly again.

Excellant , great location

Fantastic , beauitful appartment. Clean an in a excellant centre location. Everything you need in short walk. Very friendly owner, great management team, was easy to pick up keys from office a few doors down. Only negative was the stairs up to appartment were very steep. Would recommend fans in summer , warm weather being a loft conversation it gets very warm. Overall excellant stay

Es könnte ein Juwel sein, aber...

Die Lage ist super zentral und nah zum Bahnhof - ein Pluspunkt. Man muss halt wissen, dass sich das Objekt an einer der beiden Partystraßen befindet und es abends bis nachts ziemlich laut sein kann. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ging es aber ganz gut. Das Objekt ist an sich echt schön! Würde man es renovieren, wäre es wohl ein kleines Juwel. Aber... - Die Wände waren dreckig und müssten dringend gestrichen werden. - Im Bad roch es muffig und die Lampe hing halb runter. - Das Hauptfenster im Wohnzimmer war beschädigt. - Die Küche war so schmutzig, dass wir sie erstmal geputzt haben (samt Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine. - Die Deko auf den Bildern stammt aus der Vergangenheit und die Schränkchen im Wohnzimmer sind kaputt. Teils sehr kaputt. - Das Bett im kleineren Zimmer ist hart wie ein Brett, das Kopfteil fällt halb ab, der Bezug hatte Löcher. - Gleichzeitig dient das Zimmer als halbe Abstellkammer. Der Einbauschrank besteht zur einen Hälfte aus einem Sperrholzverschlag und zur anderen aus einer Therme. Ja, direkt neben dem Bett. - Die kleine Terrasse vor dem Eingang ist auch eher ein Abstellplatz und sowieso direkt am Eingang eines Ladengeschäfts und damit wenig einladend. Wenn man über all das hinwegschauen kann, kann man dort schon eine gute Zeit verbringen. Das haben wir auch getan. Wenn man da mal wieder etwas Zeit und ein paar Euros investiert, könnte das Haus echt ein Juwel sein!

Leider nie mehr wieder

Die Unterkunft entsprach gar nicht den Bildern. Es standen andere Möbel in der Wohnung und diese waren zu großen Teilen verschmutzt und/oder kaputt. An einem Schränkchen war scheinbar etwas rausgebrochen. Dies lag dort mit herausschauenden Nägeln. Was mit Kleinkind eher schwierig ist. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren schmutzig, es waren Haare dran und sie waren zum Teil kaputt. Diese wurde auf Nachfrage erneuert. Jedoch blieb der alte und klebrige Schmutz. Auf Nachfrage bezüglich der Rückerstattung der Reinigungsgebühr von 108 Euro, sollten wir Fotos senden. Haben aber bis heute keine Reaktion darauf bekommen. Diese Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, sehr Strand nah, aber gegenüber sind zwei Lokale, die sehr laut sind. Das war in der Beschreibung auch nicht raus zu lesen und machte auch die Schlafsituation mit Kind schwer. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man dies vorher gewusst hätte. Eigentlich mag ich es gar nicht schlecht zu bewerten und komme mir vor, wie der letzte Alman, aber diese Unterkunft für über 300 Euro (für eine Nacht) ist echt eine Katastrophe! Tut mir leid…

Gemütliche 3 Tage

Es waren sehr schöne 3 Tage in Zandvoort. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Es sind 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand und noch weniger zum Supermarkt. Es war soweit alles sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das einzige was von der Wohnungsbeschreibung abweicht ist der Privatparkplatz. Den gibt es nämlich nicht, ist ein öffentlicher der pro Tag Geld kostet. Alles in allem toll. Immer wieder gern.

Nette Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum von Zandvoort. Vermietung nett und hilfsbereit, hat sich sofort um defekte Heizung gekümmert. Küche leider nicht besonders gut ausgestattet (1 kaputte Pfanne, nur ein alter, kaputter und für 4 Personen zu kleiner Topf).
