Dora is located in Cala D’Or, just 500 meters from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and about 150 meters from a shopping street with restaurants, a supermarket, and a children's playground. The center of Cala D’Or is just a short 700-meter walk away. Here you'll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars with live music, as well as the two sandy coves of Cala Gran and Cala D’Or.

The house, Dora, is built in the typical Ibizan style of Cala D’Or and has recently been renovated while retaining some original features. From the entrance, you directly access the spacious living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table near the fireplace. Glass doors lead to the terrace and the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen has access to the terrace and the rear garden. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Dora has a garden with a lawn, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, and olive trees that provide welcome shade during the hot summer days. At the front, there is a terrace overlooking the garden and pool, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying grilled delicacies al fresco. The kidney-shaped pool, with its built-in steps and ladder, offers a refreshing dip, and the sun loungers invite you to relax and soak up the long summer days. Parking is available on the property.
