Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa and truly relaxed. The rooms our spacious and cool. The pool is a great addition on the hot summer days and well kept.We would use this villa again :)

Great Family Villa

Perfect family villa in a great location- just a short walk in to the centre of town but quiet and peaceful around the pool - which is a really nice size. Host was really helpful to.

Lovely house, huge pool. Completely separate upstairs apartment. 10Minute walk to the centre, and 5-10 minutes to various beaches. House was equipped with all the little things that you usually don’t get with Vila’s Ie salt pepper

October half term stay

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa right in the heart of Cala D’or. The villa is set on a quiet street in a beautiful setting and feels very private when you’re there. It’s very safe and in easy walking distance to the centre of town and the shops. The villa was immaculately clean and has everything you need. The beaches are gorgeous although they were busy due to it being school holiday. We ventured out to the national park beach’s (only 20 mins drive away) which were absolutely stunning and much quieter. Maria is a great host and she kept in constant communication with us throughout. Her villa felt like an extension of home and we were so very happy and comfortable there. We had a great experience and can highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this resort.

Wonderful Stay in a Lovely Villa – Highly Recommended

We had a truly wonderful week staying at this beautiful villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way and had everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. From thoughtful touches like sun umbrellas for beach outings to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, every detail had been carefully considered.The villa is tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained, making it feel like a real home away from home. The outdoor area was especially impressive—the pool was a hit with the children and perfectly set up to enjoy both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. It was peaceful, private, and offered plenty of space for everyone to unwind.The location is also ideal—just a short walk to both the town centre and the beach, which meant we could easily explore the local area without needing to drive every day. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities were all conveniently close by.A special mention must go to Maria, our host, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She responded promptly to any questions we had and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made a big difference and truly enhanced our stay.We would absolutely love to return next year and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to others. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing, well-located, and comfortable holiday home.

Having visited Mallorca several times, Cala d'Or is one of our favourite places. We enjoy the large variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and small sandy beaches.Our impression of Villa Esmerelda:PROS.Good quiet location with walking distance to most local amenities.Good communication with owner (Maria). We had a few teething issues on arrival which Maria attended promptly.Very nice rear patio and pool area.Effective air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.Good strong wifi.3rd bedroom on first floor is accessed by external staircase. Almost a separate apartment with two wc's & showers, though not fully equipped for separate living (good for privacy if that feature appeals).CONS.Kitchen utensils, cups, plates, glasses etc. Adequate for 3 adults but not extensive.Traditional style villa with overall impression of being slightly 'tired' with minimum maintenance.Small TV in Lounge had no English channels.Driveway parking is under a large tree which means pine needles and bird droppings.Overall we enjoyed our 10 days with no major complaints.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche im Herbst. Bei Sonne und guten Temperaturen fanden wir ein Haus in bester und ruhiger Lage vor. Der Pool war toll. Ebenso konnten wir die separate obere Etage gut nutzen. Ein eigene Wohnung mit Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung war für uns absolut ok. Die Türklinken müssten hier und da mal erneuert werden. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Das Haus ist fussläufig zur Cala Gran Bucht und zum Ort Cala d’Or mit seinen vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame Ferien

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Gegend. Der Garten und auch der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und schön anzusehen. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut, wurden bei der Anreise von der Vermieterin erwartet und eingewiesen. In der Nähe gibt es einige Supermärkte in denen man sich versorgen kann sowie die üblichen Souvenirshops und viele Restaurants. Die Lage war hervorragend, in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und in ein paar Minuten an die Cala Esmeralda. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen.

Eine schöne Woche in Cala d‘Or

Wir (4 Erw. und 1 Kind, 7 Jahre alt) hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa an der Cala Esmeralda in Cala d‘Or. Das Haus ist super gelegen (Strände und Ortskern von Cala d’Or in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar) und sehr sauber. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Erwachsenen. Die Kommunikation mit unserer netten Gastgeberin María war klasse und das Check-in ebenfalls ziemlich unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub

Wir bedanken uns noch einmal recht herzlich, dass wir die Finca für knapp 2 Wochen mieten durften. Hier bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch optimal. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß überall sein. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder. Schöne Grüße Familie Buchert

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren Eltern verbracht. Das Haus ist toll und man hat soviel Platz. In der ersten Etage ist eine separate Wohnung. Es ist zentral, man ist zu Fuß schnell am Meer. Und das Örtchen Cala D‘or ist wunderschön. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub! Danke Maria!

Heel mooi huis en super vakantie gehad

We werden hartelijk ontvangen met een hapje en een drankje. Het is een fijn huis voor 8 personen. Wij waren er met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Ook een baby waar een kinderbedje, kinderstoel en badje aanwezig was. Het was super.
