The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and everything needed to prepare anything from light beachside breakfasts to gourmet dinners at home.
The open-concept living area offers plush seating and a full-size pullout sleeper sofa, all perfectly positioned to take in the stunning ocean views right from the couch.
Retreat to the luxurious primary suite, with a king-size bed. The private ensuite bathroom features a spacious soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, creating a serene, spa-like escape.

Property Rules:
All guests must be 25 or older to book and stay! Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.

Booking and Payment Policy:
A signed rental agreement, ID verification, and Credit Card Verification mandatory.
Starter amenities provided: paper goods, hand soaps, and one laundry pod.
