This updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Crescent Beach condo provides a spectacular view from both the main bedroom & family room, with access to large 26ft balconies that will maximize your oceanfront experience. An extra-large table & six chairs offers outdoor dining or refreshing beverages on the balcony overlooking the pool.

Newly remodeled from laminate flooring, to decor and furnishings, flat screen TVs, Free Wi-Fi, large dining area, and beautifully styled throughout.There are ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen and dining room. The upscale kitchen has solid granite counter tops and all-wood cabinets, plus, it's very well-equipped with a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. In addition, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The living room has a new smart TV, plus each bedroom has a flatscreen TV. A storage closet for the beach chairs provided.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an upgraded Posturepedic mattress for your comfort and large walk-in closet. The spacious en-suite bathroom has an over-sized separate walk-in shower, marble whirlpool tub, and double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, both have upgraded Posturepedic mattresses. There is a spacious hall bathroom for the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have sun-blocking/blackout drapes, so you can sleep in.

The owner of this condo has also installed the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art purifying system available; designed to keep the air clear of airborne allergens, remove odors and provide a comfortable environment for his guests. It is called "Bio-Fighter" & uses a germicidal UV light to prevent bacteria & mold from entering the heating & cooling system. It operates 24/7 even if the HVAC system is not in use.

Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two over-sized hot tubs. The indoor pool is located in the North Tower building and available during the off season. The fitness center is also in the North Tower for easy access. A parking garage offers free covered parking. On site security is also provided. A short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Addtional, beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other watersports adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcy’s an oceanfront sports pub with indoor and outdoor seating, bar and pool tables.

Beach break

We loved the location and overall cleanliness. We wished for higher chairs on balcony so that the rail was not in the way of the view. Coffee filters we bought but had to buy so many and doesn't fit our coffeemaker at home. Some dish soap and bar soap for shower would be nice but not an issue. Overall our stay was quite enjoyable and we would stay there again.

Loved this place!

This place was super nice to stay. It was clean, beautiful view, location was awesome and the deck was spacious. The only thing I would change is that the patio furniture could use some updating. The cushions were well used. However the inside of the condo was super comfortable. Would rent this place again.

Nice Stay in North Myrtle Beach

First visit to the Myrtle Beach area.Pros:- 2nd floor was great when the elevators were busy / backed up, we could easily take the stairs.- Unit is nice-sized, great to have two bathrooms.- Washer and dryer were helpful.- Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, etc.- Location in North MB was great, short drives to shopping, restaurants, activities.- Beach was great! Clean, lifeguard on duty, not terribly crowded.- Pool and lazy river were great for the kids (though consistent application of rules - i.e. needing to be in a tube on the lazy river - would have been nice).- Plenty of hot water in the showers.Cons- Second floor wasn't as nice when we wanted to sit on the balcony to drink coffee in the morning as you could hear all the pool noise.- There was no trash can in the master bathroom.- No extra trash bags were provided. Thankfully we had grocery bags we could use.- Mattresses were NOT GREAT. I know firmness is a very personal preference, but the master bed was downright hard. And squeaky. Beds in the second bedroom were very similar.- Two elevators for such a large building led to delays, especially when folks were checking in / out.- Parking across the street isn't ideal, and the garage is tight. We didn't have a big vehicle but corners were tight.- I was told by the property manager that there was "plenty" of nice beach equipment for use by renters. The storage closet outside the unit was jammed shut, and when we finally got it open, we found one decent camp chair, one rusty camp chair, and two rusted / broken beach chairs that were unusable (and frankly, dangerous). There was a decent umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys, but I was VERY disappointed in what was promised. We ended up renting from the city (which was expensive, but nice not to have to set up / take down the

I have to say this this was just as wonderful or better. The condo unit had a winter inside update that really improved it. Among a few things were new couches,new appliances and a fresh coat of paint in soothing beachy colors. As of the first visit the unit was very clean and well maintained. We had a small issue while we were there with the toilet leaking a little and called ODVR and they had the plumber there the next day. It was only the wax ring that needed replacing. Plumber was very efficient and in and out.We were very pleased as to how that was handled and had very little down time. The whole unit is well maintained and it appears that the whole facility is kept up to keep it safe and pest free. The complex is located close to walkable eateries, quick marts and a take out grill/ ice cream place.There is garage parking for renters. No motorcycles are allowed though.It is an fast ride to hwy17 where you can find attractions, food or anything you want. The people at the rental office are very professional and nice and the office is located 5 minutes away from the condo. They have a warming southern charm and will handle any issue you may have. We were very sad to leave this beautiful beach front condo but plan on being back next year.We had a wonderful time.

Perfection

The view is perfect! Even though on the East Coast, from the deck one can see the sunset off to the south! We by chance had absolutely perfect weather, last week of October 23. Beach wasn't crowded. You can walk miles and miles on it! Enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean! Kitchen is well appointed and huge for a beach condo. Beds very comfortable, good quality linen. Great water pressure and scalding hot if you wanted it. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. We really had zero complaints! Elevator worked fast and the stairs were right there, too. Thankfully we weren't in the south tower that was undergoing renovations or this would have been a much different review. Haha We could hear it at times from the deck, but even then, it didn't intrude into our space at all.

The musty odor hits you as soon as you open the door. In the 10 days we were there used whole can of Glade and 2 candles to cover up the smell. Didn't to anything for our ALLERGIES either. When got home all of our clothes in luggage smelled the same way. A big laundry job! My CPAP also smelled just like the Condo. Yuck! All upholstered furniture needs replacing. Not only does it smell but is worn out. Including the furniture on the balcony. It looks nice but is so uncomfortable. The cushions do not fit the chairs. Floors also look good. But couldn't go bare footed or wear socks because your feet got black from the dirt. Found some dirty dishes in cabinet. Had to wash everything we used.Skillets were worn out. Had to buy one. Didn't want to eat the teflon coming off the pans. In this day and time NOT happy that VRBO office put the condo number on the parking pass. Dates of stay should be enough. Must say the 2 people in the office we encountered were kind. The beds slept good. And location was good. Owner needs to spend some of the income and fix this condo. This unit wasn't cheap. Can't believe we spent thousands to stay here.

Great location, unit needs upgrades badly-still plenty of fun

Nice location and beach access. Kitchen had everything you need. Parking was ok in garage across streets always found a spot no matter the time of day. Owners of this unit need to upgrade The mattress(all) are as old as the building I would guess. Fridge is weak for a rental getting loaded each week-took 2-days to make hold temperature. All furniture is broken in some manner and rigged to hold together. Not one Outdoor patio furniture has 4 legs the same length Bring stuff with you to level the patio furniture I fixed lots of stuff so next renter has it better. Caution in showers all ani-scalding functions of faucets are disabled. Once you learn it after getting burned you’re ok, but for the price theses owners need to get real and fix and replace many items. We had fun and laughed about the condition of it, because we’re accustomed to getting out of date rentals. Also if you rent this unit sweep it and especially the balcony when you first get there, or you’re starting off a bit sandy. The place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Reviewer Comments: The location is so convenient to all aspects of North Myrtle Beach as well as Myrtle Beach. The staff at Owner's Direct are so pleasant and helpful from the beginning to end. As far as the condo, it is becoming a little tired. The bedspreads need to be cleaned as well as some updates in the bathrooms. We did have to clean the floors better when we got in the condo. Sand does like to stick to everything. It was wonderful though having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. We did need a couple of repairs made but Owner's Direct were quick with this service and took care of the problems.

Beautiful stay

Great location! The building is so close to the beach! It was great! And also the condo location, was right off the elevator, that was very convenient. But parking was across the street so that was inconvenient… The condo has everything we needed for everyday living. But the listing says there are Beach chairs available for use, etc. but the closet it is in is very messy and the chairs are all rusty, We would’ve brought our own had we known. Overall, great stay, great vacation, it was our first time in Myrtle Beach, we will definitely come back!!

Fabulous location

This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is very nice and I feel stingy to share it’s information because it may result in me having a hard time booking it again. Everything you need is there or around there and that’s all I’m going to say.
