All apartments feature radiant floor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available. Every vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll find a modern apartment with 58 square meters of living space, perfectly suited for up to 4 guests. From the sunny rooftop terrace, you’ll have a direct view of the harbor’s maritime surroundings and the Baltic Sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living/dining area with natural light, and electrically operated sunshades are, of course, included. The living/dining room also features a stylish sofa and a dining table. An internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and internet radio are also available. Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge.

For those who prefer to cook for themselves, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing delicious meals. You can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment also features a very comfortable en suite bathroom with a shower.
