Cottage is exactly as advertised, it is small but fine for two people. No drawers to put clothes in and a small coffee table in the main room would have been nice. Kitchen has everything you need, check in was simple and host gave us new towels part way thru our trip. 10 min walk to beach area was great street parking was easy.

I didn't realize there was no air-conditioning so it was a little warm in the afternoon and evening, but then cooled off naturally with windows open

As noted in our listing, the cottage does not have A/C, but we do provide fans in each room to help during warmer weather. We also try to keep our rates competitive in part because of this. We really appreciate your stay and hope to host you again!

Great location! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and the pier, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the area. The house was well stocked with all the basic necessities, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more fans. With no air conditioning or ceiling fans, the house can get quite warm on days above 70F, and having additional fans would make it much more comfortable.It also would have been helpful to know in advance that there would be construction taking place during the week. Since the house relies on open windows to stay cool, the construction noise made sleeping in and afternoon naps difficult. A heads-up before our stay would have helped us plan accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! It was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, so quaint. The location was perfect, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and everything we needed was provided. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway!
