Stunning lake & mountain view retreat for 12. Enjoy private lake access, 3 decks, a firepit, and a game room with pool & ping pong. This modern, family-friendly home features 2 master suites, a gourmet kitchen, and an EV charger. Perfect for unforgettable getaways just minutes from Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead Village.

Professionally remodeled and decorated 3 level home with 5 bedrooms + children's bunkbed room, 3.5 baths, sleeps 12 with parking for 4 vehicles. Dog friendly.

Blue Jay Village
Downtown Blue Jay is a quick 4-minute drive and home to Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and numerous retail shops & restaurants.

Lake Arrowhead Village
Village shops and restaurants are a short 5-mile drive. Sky Park at Santa’s Village, a mile further.

Home is located a few minutes away from town center. Easy 4 minute drive to downtown Blue Jay and 9 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village Center.
• Minimum age of individual booking property is 25 years
• Our vacation rental permit allows a maximum occupancy of 12 at any time
• Permitted parking for 4 vehicles at any time. 2 Garage/ 2 Driveway. Street parking is prohibited by the county
• Do not disable the internet. It monitors critical guest health & safety components like Smoke/ C02 warnings
• Property incorporates exterior parking camera as per requirement of county short rental code compliance. Monitors weather events, fire risk, exterior noise, parking, and trash compliance
• Interior noise monitoring device as per county requirement
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm & 7:00 am
• No events or parties
• No amplified media to be played outdoors

Beautiful Mountain Escape

Resting Place with a fantastic view

Very well maintained property! The view we felt was even better than the photos. E bikes were perfect means to browse around the lake. And sitting by the fire under the stars really did it for us!

Great for our wedding weekend

We stayed here with family and friends in preparation for my sister's wedding. It was the perfect amount of space. We loved that each level of the house has a patio with a beautiful view of the lake. The perfect getaway!

The house & view are both amazing. The house is beautifully appointed & has everything you could possibly need. The location is in a nice & easy to get to neighborhood w/ gorgeous views. We enjoyed our time there very much & would love to stay there again.

Beautiful property and views of the lake!

We enjoyed our stay, the home and views are beautiful. We appreciated the amenities and attention to detail. We had fun playing table tennis during our stay. Our host Jon was available and helpful. We would consider returning to this location or another LVH rental home.

Loved the house!

The house could not be more beautiful. The view is million dollar from the house to all the decks. Kitchen was so very well equipped with everything you might need. No mismatched anything! Would stay again for sure.
