The villa is in need of a refurbishment, nothing would appear to have been done since construction in about the 1990s. The layout was unconventional with the kitchen effectively spread over 3 rooms. The basement Beer Keller was a weird vibe. The A/C worked in the rooms we were using, but not in the 3rd bedroom. The bath tap didn’t work, so the bath had to be with the shower hose. The linen was clean but old, and the pillows old and hard ( we improvised with cushions from the living room). Some of the electrical sockets were loose, the bottom draw of the dishwasher was broken and difficult to close and one of the gas rings didn’t work. The parking was safe and convenient. The villa was large and private. The pool was large, but was being cleaned as we arrived. Our host Michaela was excellent and helped where she could. The pool man (Marco?) was also excellent and went way above and beyond any expectation with his help with our car hire company.
