The "Auszeit FeWo1" vacation home offers a quiet retreat on the first floor, with 60 m² of space, and can accommodate up to three people. The accommodation features two rooms, including a bedroom and an additional room intended exclusively for children. Children are welcome. In the living area, the kitchen and living room flow seamlessly into one another; a dining table, sofa, and cozy seating area invite you to relax together. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi, internet, TV, and radio provide entertainment and connectivity. The bathroom features a toilet and a walk-in shower. A terrace with patio furniture enhances your time outdoors. The apartment is smoke-free and features heating and underfloor heating. A private parking space is available. The ocean is about 150 meters away, and a sandy beach is about four kilometers away. Restaurants are about 150 meters away, and shopping is about four kilometers away. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, hiking, biking, jogging, and a variety of water-based activities. Located in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen, the headland is connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus approximately 130 meters long. It is over 4 kilometers long and only between 200 and 500 meters wide. Nestled within the Greifswald Bodden, the peninsula belongs to the municipality of Mönchgut and lies in the heart of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.<br><br>Time stands still here!
