The Location
Relaxation is guaranteed thanks to the quiet yet central location. Our modern vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building on a quiet side street. From here, you can easily walk to downtown Husum, the castle park, and the idyllic harbor. The train station is approximately 1.5 km away, and the nearest grocery store (Rewe) is a 5-minute walk away.
Amenities
The vacation rental is furnished to a very high standard: one bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200). Another small bedroom with a box-spring bed (90 x 200) provides you with the space you need. The open and comfortable built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), toaster, and electric kettle. The living area features a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink. You can relax and wind down on the sunny balcony.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the common area for a fee. There is also a bike storage area for shared use; it is not lockable.
Special Features
One four-legged friend (up to knee height) is welcome in our smoke-free home. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car directly in front of the apartment in a parking space.
A bike shed is available for storing bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you. Please note that you park your bikes at your own risk, and we do not provide security or safekeeping. Therefore, please always lock your bikes securely.
Long-term stays are welcome at this property. Please note that for stays longer than 21 nights, a mid-stay cleaning and a linen change are required every three weeks. The cost for the mid-stay cleaning is 97 euros, and we charge 19 euros for each set of linens. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help!
An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this accommodation and is already part of the total price.
Additional towel and linen packages cannot be booked for this accommodation!
Please understand that dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas. A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged for non-compliance.
Cats are strictly prohibited in our vacation rentals, without exception.
