Guests will have access to four bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a bunkroom with 4 double beds, and 1 queen air mattresses + 2 pack n plays) , two bathrooms, and open concept living with high-end, natural materials including: exquisite white oak floors throughout the home; shaw berber carpet in the bunk room; master wet-room adorned in marble and stone, a rainfall shower, and a large picture window with a deep soaking tub that looks out over the tree tops; belgian flax linen and organic cottons; ceramic tableware; and two oversized double decks built from sustainably-sourced hardwood. High end furniture from West Elm, Article, and Crate and Barrel; 1 curved Samsung smart television + 1 flat screen smart television; and high-speed internet.
Designed with our love for cooking and gathering in mind, this newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stone countertops, a 5-burner Samsung slide in gas-range with air frying capabilities, a Bosch french door refrigerator with top of the line water filtration system, plus a wine fridge and a dishwasher to ensure meal preparation, cooking, and cleanup is a breeze. New energy-efficient Anderson sliders open up to the top deck so that guests have the option of dining indoors with a beautiful designer Euro Saarinen Tulip Table or outdoors with our oversized table crafted of eucalyptus with a wire-brushed graywashed finish. Not looking to cook? Our home is centrally located in the exclusive North Bay community and is a short drive to the lake, restaurants and breweries.
Guest access: The double driveway and large overflow area in the back of our home are available for guests to park their vehicles and/or boat.
Other things to note: (1) We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining strict protocol is necessary for both the experience of your party and those that may be checking-in immediately thereafter. (2) House rules are mandatory and an additional deep cleaning fee will apply if house is left in unfavorable condition without prior notification and communication with hosts before checkout. Similarly, damaged or broken items should be arranged for replacement prior to check-out to avoid above fee. (3) Check-in and check-out times are strict as the interior of our home is nearly 2,500 sq ft, plus 1200 sq ft of outdoor deck space+ furniture, all of which needs to be thoroughly sanitized by our wonderful cleaning crew. If booking calendar permits we always attempt to accommodate early check-ins, details can be discussed directly with hosts! (4) An additional fee will be charged for each person not listed on reservation and guests will be subject to eviction for violation of house rules that indicate no visitors or additional guests without prior approval. (5) Guests arriving with pets will be asked to leave without refund as our son has pet allergies and asthma.
