My husband and I were married for over 55 years. He recently passed away and my grandson is with me. We bought and remodeled these homes. We are the proud parents of 2 children and now have added their spouses to our family. Our son and his wife have 2 boys, our daughter and her spouse have 2 girls. We were blessed to find our home in this quiet community. We loved the quiet and solitude here. We were able to build and remodel 5 homes one for us and 4 we are able to share with others. This work was done by my husband and myself. I live by the back forest gate. I am close by for any needs.

It is quiet secluded and relaxing. You are still close to town so can quickly go out for shopping,movies and out for the evening. The area offers hiking and there is frequent festivities in the nearby towns. A local horse stable offers horse back riding. Cute boutiques,antique malls, thrift stores. The stars at night are very breathtaking.

You are within walking distance to the East Verde River, There are hiking trails in the community and around Payson. The Natural Forest Gate is at the end of the road the house is on. The Natural Bridge is 5 miles up 87 from our community. There are also lakes for kayaking close by. Lots of antiquing, unique stores, golfing, Zane Grey Museum. Payson is a Town that hosts a lot of events including rodeos. There is a large choice of restaurants. We also have a casino.. If you have additional family members and need additional; homes in this area VRBO #615502 and #2680098 #969492. Each home has a jacuzzi.
