Was great for two families of 4. All but one bedroom is upstairs not an issue for us but could be an issue for some. Love that there are plenty of bathrooms. Very easy walk to the property pool, etc. The facilities were great. Wish there was more of a toddler area with a small slide because the water slide had a 42” height requirement. Food at the restaurant was great. Overall great weekend stay.

This house was great for our big family. We didn’t have any younger kids but I noticed the high chair and the pack n play in the master bedroom so it’s definitely a family friendly house! The walk to the pool was so easy and fast, we really enjoyed our stay. They had enough towels and the resort also supplies them. Publix is right up the road so we were able to get anything we needed fast. Location was perfect! Would definitely return. Thanks again!

The check in is a bit of a process and there was a long line. This is nothing the host could handle, though. The pool is nice and the restaurant has great prices. There is a hidden fee of 22.50 per day when you arrive, so make sure you read the fine print. I would stay again!

I am a consultant originally from New York, but have been living in Northern Virginia for almost 30 years. I love real estate and hope to move to Florida shortly. I bought this home to live in 6 months a year until I move to Florida. I am renting it out when I am not using it myself.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I searched all over the Orlando area for a resort that had all the amenities and a safe gate guarded community and a great front desk. This one was the best option I found.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is less than 2 minute walk to the amenities (Pool, Gym, Restaurant, Bar, etc). I like being so close. Many other units at this location, but many of them are more than 10 minute walk to the pool.
