Elevator to the house can be used with the key large, modern, beautiful apartment house "Shangri La", 6 storeys. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 350 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 40 m, bakery, bicycle rental 350 m, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 200 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school, children's ski school 450 m, children's playground 600 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
3-room apartment. Bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with 2 sofabeds, Scandinavian wood stove, TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Property manager should send more detailed information on how to access the property. You have to open a door, go through a tunnel, take an elevator, open another door with key, walk to another lobby and take another elevator or stairs to the front door of the property. We had to guess all that to get to the property.

Die Einrichtung, Möbel, Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut. Keine Abnützung und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das ganze Geschirr schmutzig, hatte noch getrocknete Essreste auf den Tellern, Besteck, Gläser. Wir haben die Abwaschmaschine mit Salz und Glänzer aufgefüllt und haben das Geschirr.....nochmals gewaschen. Ohne diese Zutaten hat die Maschine das Programm nicht ausgeführt, was unser Vormieter leider nicht gemerkt hat. Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Very nice apartment! Suggestions: - It would be appreciated if Interhome could provide a small piece of soap in the bathrooms (like other agencies do). - I also informed the agency: an additional cutting board for bread (the cutting boards are very old/used) - the plug behind the microwave was loose and needs to be fixed - the sink in one of the bathrooms was totally clocked up when we arrived and needs cleaning - include type of coffee machine and sound/music system in the description.

Mon mari est tombé le jour de l'arrivée en glissant sur une plaque de glace dans un des escaliers menant de l'appartement à la rue. Il s'est grièvement blessé ! Il y a des choses à améliorer concernant le matériel de cuisine : Très peu de casseroles, très peu de plats, pas de quoi faire une fondue, pas de passoires, pas de planche pour couper le pain ni pour couper des légumes ou autres. De nombreux verres cassés ! Le lit de bébé n'a pas de matelas convenable, il a dû dormir SUR UNE PLANCHE.

Schöne Lage- mäßige Ausstattung

Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage. Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Mängeln und unvollständig und dem Qualitätsanspruch nicht gerechtfertigt. Raclette mit defekter Isolierung des Stromkabels-. Teppiche und Sofas voller Staub. Parkett müsste aufpoliert werden. Keine Handseife und extra Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Balkon mi Unkraut zwischen den Platten. Nachbarbalkon perfekt. Hier mangelt es an Sauberkeit, die nur oberflächlich vorhanden ist.
