The home was just absolutely beautiful, a true oasis in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas. And Jill, our host, could not have been more accommodating. This was an annual college reunion my buddies have been doing for over two decades, all of us being Fightin’ Texas Aggies. Jill even left us a Texas A&M cookie cake as a little welcome treat!

Wow! We were so impressed by our stay -- both the property and host are absolutely top tier! We loved the historic charm of the home and it's close proximity to Main Street. We hosted a girls weekend bachelorette trip and EVERYONE was so impressed with the attention to detail, coziness, and amazing outdoor space. The host even brought an extra Chili Pot for us when we asked if the home had one. Absolutely amazing, 10/10 experience! We all can't wait to book again, thank you so much!!

The Place was stunningly beautiful !! The Hostess was the BEST that I have ever dealt with !! Everything that we could have wanted to be at the House was indeed there .... I would Highly recommend it to Larger Groups .. We were 7 (8 for 1 night) ..the Grounds are Spectacular !!

Great Girls Getaway

Book this beautiful home! Well appointed property with plenty of space for a large group. Great mix of luxury and updates with historic charm. Magical stay

The house, yard, and pool were beautiful. The grounds and home were clean, well stocked, and organized. There were lots of pool toys and corn hole, and a fire pit. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard after dark watching the fireflies. The kids loved having the upstairs all to themselves with two big beds, its own bathroom, and a TV. We were mere minutes from downtown. We had a magical stay at this home.

Historic Fredericksburg

This property was a perfect spot for our long weekend getaway. The home delivered what had been promised and more. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed the beautiful yard. The location is ideal to enjoy all the offerings in the area from hiking Enchanted Rock, picking fruit in a nearby orchard, wine tasting and of course enjoying the town. We started every day with an easy walk to Main Street to try a different coffee shop. We even squeezed in an evening ghost tour. All of this while having plenty of time to relax, cook and play games in this beautiful home. We will be back.

Like being in a country garden, but just a couple blocks from Main Street!!

Everything about this property was first rate. The home, garden/yard and pool are exquisite. The beautiful trees, flowers and singing birds are worth the trip! Comfy beds with beautiful linens. Fully stocked with anything you could want and plenty of room to enjoy with friends. There were 5 of us. The hostess is extremely responsive and goes over and above to make your visit perfect - even fresh flowers in almost every room!! If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would!!!

Fredericksburg birthday getaway

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home. Jill was extremely responsive and helpful, and had great recommendations throughout the town. She even added some thoughtful touches to our stay that made my birthday celebration even more special! The home was immaculate, well stocked, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The outdoor space is amazing. Easy walk to main street. Would absolutely recommend this home and would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property Close to Main

Loved our stay…plenty of room to spread out. :) House sits on far end of west side of town which technically is walkable to Main St; however, most of the shops we visited were on other side of Main making a car ride necessary to carry all of our loot . :) Definitely will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your lovely home.

Amazing!

I cannot say enough wonderful words to describe Jill or this home! Jill went out of her way to help us after we were left high and dry by a last minute booking cancellation elsewhere. Our large family was traveling from out of town to celebrate belated holiday fun. Jill was so welcoming and had the hot tub on for us upon arrival! She was so responsive and helpful with our last minute change to her gorgeous home. We were overjoyed at this turn of events when we were able to fully relax and enjoy all this home has to offer from the game room for cheese and puzzles, multiple Christmas trees, pool table, comfy reading books, nap spots, perfectly equipped bedrooms & bathrooms & kitchen. It wa the most magical experience for our family to be together in such a lovely home. Everything was so close too…we were up and down Main Street…from eating at Hondos, at the house, wine tasted at Beckers, and even went to the Pacific war museum. Thank you Jill!

We not only offer a fabulous property for larger groups, but want to help you plan an incredible experience for your trip to Fredericksburg!
