Property is great. We had 4 couples and the space was perfect. Joe was extremely communicative and considerate of us during the stay. Would recommend!

We had a great time and would go back again the next time we have the opportunity. Place was well stocked, well maintained and perfect for our party of six.

We are 5 women who found 5 bedrooms each with a their own bathroom...amazing. This property was so comfortable and in a wonderful location. Highly highly recommend!

House is even better in person than the pictures. Very nicely remodeled. Great amenities. Four couples stayed there and it was great bc we all had king beds and private baths. Would def stay here again.

We highly recommend this place. It’s unusual to find a five bedroom five bath house in the Hill country. This house has been beautifully renovated, has wonderful seating inside and out, and has every amenity that you would need to stay comfortably. We have a group of five couples that travel together and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Would never know this house was 'pet friendly'. It was roomy and accommodated all our guests comfortably. We had difficulty with the showers: could not figure out how to use the shower faucets and couldn't get consistent water temperature, but overall we loved it !

Spacious, Clean and Comfortable

The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! 5 full bathrooms is a big plus when traveling with a group! Even though our weekend was a bit chilly, we were still able to enjoy the covered patio thanks to the heater! Check in was easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

What a great property. Ideal for up to 5 couples. Lots of room in the bedrooms as well as common areas but the best part is the outdoor patio. Peaceful and relaxing spot out of the sun/wind, depending on the season. Wonderful communication from the property manager. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our ladies getaway! There were 5 of us - so having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the comfy back porch sitting area and sitting around the huge granite island in the kitchen. Decor was well done, and the house was super clean. The location was just far enough away from the hustle, but close enough to be anywhere quickly. We are marking this as a favorite and will definitely book again! Thanks again for sharing this lovely home away from home!

Girls get away

This was the perfect layout for a girls get away. The outdoor social area was by far my favorite! The property was clean and sophisticated. So many of the rooms had their own bathrooms which made privacy! Highly recommended for a quick get away to reconnect with good friends

Great location, perfect setup for a group, spacious property, and excellent communication from the owner.Nice property but needs a little TLC. 1. Complications with A/C, but property management came right away to resolve.2. Property was clean overall but there were dead bugs throughout the home and needed to be additional cleaning.3. Patio area had a lot of debris and spider webs. Also, the photos show patio drapes but they’ve been removed.4. Some pots/skillets need to be replaced. Outside of that the kitchen is decently stocked.

Thanks for the review. Glad Das Blaue Haus’s location, spacious layout, and communication worked well for your group. Sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. We’re glad the A/C was handled promptly by our team. We’ve addressed the cleaning concerns with our housekeeping crew and scheduled an additional deep clean and pest-service visit to eliminate the dead bugs and better catch corners and webs. The patio has also been prioritized for more regular attention. The patio drapes have been removed from the home — we’ll update the listing photos to reflect the current setup. Finally, we’re replacing the worn pots and skillets and will continue to check kitchen items between stays. Thanks again for the detailed feedback — it helps us improve. Hope to host you again.
