1920 built home boasts space for the entire group! The front porch leads the way to rich hardwood floors, lux living area w/ decorative fireplace. The main floor features a reading area as well as a separate office w/ seating space. The formal dining room seats 4 and is adjacent to beautiful, historic built ins. Then theres the open kitchen w/ all the modern amenities from stylish tuxedo cabinets w/ gold fixtures & farm sink to the SS appliance package & coffee bar. Cooking utensils are provided. There is a bar area for seating & much more to love about this gorgeous kitchen.

Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms. They have ample closets or storage or your suitcase. BR 1 has a full sized memory foam mattress w/ pocket door walk in closet, lamps, & lots of light. BR 2 has a Queen bed w/ memory foam mattress & dresser, as well as a walk in closet w/ built ins. BR 3 has a full sized bed w/ memory foam mattress & luggage rack. All 3 beds feature plush bedding and crisp white sheets. The quaint bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well as navy vanity with oversized mirror & gold fixtures. April 2024 the bathroom recd new waterproof flooring.

There is an addtl area in the hall for putting on makeup, housing extra towels etc. Downstairs the basement has been freshly painted and there is a new washer & dryer free for your use.

The backyard is lush and fenced in and there is a rear stoop which is helpful for letting out pets.

Winter 2025 we replaced all the windows with new energy efficent ones for guest comfort.

Please note this is a historic 100 year old home, and its located on a residential street. Downtown Toledo is about 10 minutes away.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
